Stopped over on 2/17/26 for lunch and OMG!! The food, service, and restraunt is incredible!
I tried their ribs, shoulder pork and brisket as they were to die for! Everything was tender, juicy, and prepared just right. Also, there fries were freshly made with a generous portion.
The people there were extremely nice and friendly. The person that made my food also was kind enough to give me a sample of his special BBQ sauce that he whipped up and it was delicious!!! I just wish I remembered the name of the sauce so that I could order that the next time.
Lastly, the restaurant was very clean, organized and smelled just like a BBQ joint should smell like.
There prices were very resonable for not only what you get but more importanly on how the food taste.
If you are a BBQ lover like myself please do yourself a favor and visit this place ASAP as this is my new favorite BBQ spot!

I am at this place weekly, I get the same great food week in and week out. It gives you that small back yard type bbq feel and the taste is there to match it. Always look out for their specials because let me tell you they are special! Burgers are absolutely fire! Tacos are the best I have ever had! Tacos cant be said enough about, I will walk over hot coals for them. The chili is incredible, just everything is always incredible. I have had 1 time out of 150+ times i had an issue and they immediately resolved it. You simply dont get this kind of service anywhere else.

Best BBQ I have EVER had, you cannot beat the specials or the price. There is always something new to try. The staff is super friendly and professional. I love that their facebook page shows daily specials and when they have something coming up so they have to close the store. The communication is on point!

Absolutely awesome! We used Jones Bones food truck yesterday for my siblings graduation party and I highly recommend if you’re in the market for booking a food truck for an event. From the booking, to the food tasting, dealing with Bryan beforehand and then during the event was a breeze. Super nice and his staff is amazing as well. Shout to Jake who was on the food truck with him yesterday and the two of them did fabulous. Large portions and great BBQ and plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely use again! Wife and I have heard good reviews from friends about Jones Bones. Finally stopped in and had a late lunch, early dinner. Wife ordered the mac & que sandwich (grilled cheese add mac & cheese & pulled pork or bacon… she ordered the pork) came with a side, she paid additional to get her fresh cut fries loaded with bacon & cheese. She is particular about her bread getting soggy, so they accommodated that by heavily toasting both sides of the texas toast. Her sandwich was amazing! She gave me a couple bites and I agree! She said she would probably order the mac & que bowl next time, but after tasting the buttery, toasted texas toast that adds just a little crispness to it, she said nope, I will get this every time. I ordered the sampler, which comes with 2 bones, 4oz pulled pork, a side (I chose mac & cheese) & cole slaw. I overheard another customer ask if the ribs were fall off the bone or pull off the bones. The owner stated that they were pull off. I have to agree, that is exactly the way they are. Meat is tender for sure, but holds to the bone lightly. Personally I enjoy fall off the bone better, but I cannot complain. The pulled pork is amazing! Mac & cheese is very good. Wife ate the cole salw and said it was great also. My loaded fries were on point! I would have preferred the shredded cheese to be a little more melted on top, more for appearance, but the flavor is phenomenal. We will certainly be back to try other menu items, at least I will be (the wife finds something she enjoys and then rarely changes off that!) If you check out my pics, don’t mind the pepper on the mac & cheese, I am a pepper freak!

All we wanted for a Birthday dinner was Jones Bones. But once again, they are randomly closed during “open hours”. And yes, we check their FB page because they change hours alot…it’s like wack a mole trying to catch them open! Tried calling during open hours to to place an order…thats a riot as well. Such a shame…sounds like the demand is too much for them to keep up. I guess a good problem to have for the owners…sucks for us customers. It’s a great family business, I hope they figure out how to accommodate us all better…..because the food is A+++

If I could eat this place every day, I would. Their food truck comes to our office all the time, the food is AMAZING. The portions are big and the prices are very reasonable. The pulled pork has so much flavor and is as tender as butter. They offer loaded fries which is a mound of handcut fries, topped with a mound of pulled pork, some BBQ sauce, and cheese. MY GAWD they are amazing. The food also comes out super fast and the people working are always very friendly. If you see this truck or are in Grafton by their restaurant you MUST visit. It’s well worth any drive! Yum yum yum!

100% this is my top five BBQ joints in the United States. I’ve traveled all over the country and for years I’ve sought out every local BBQ spot. Many highly rated places disappoint. I’m definitely a brutal food critic especially when it comes to BBQ. This is by far one of my favorite places. Whenever I’m in within an hour away I stop by. I wish you all the best and thank you for dumping your heart into this place.

Saw/smelled the food truck at the Medina Highland Hornets football game. Took a chance and ordered pulled pork sandwiches with slaw on them. Fresh cut fries were included. Both my wife and I loved them. Holy smokes I will order two for me next time. Thank you!

Someone needs to tell this place to cook the fries completely. Wimpy oily fries – yuck. The whole wings are small compared to other places & they say smoked & deep fried, I call BULL! Neither smoked or deep fried, tasted like they were baked in the oven & then tossed with bbq sauce. Horrible place will never come back or recommend.
