Used the drive thru. Chicken tenders taste like from a supermarket. The frozen ones where you thaw and warm up. Does not taste fresh. Taste like warm up.

My wife and I go about once a month. Chicken is really good, Mac and cheese is on point, and chef salad is very tasty. We ordered a 12 piece nugget, chef salad and a medium Mac and cheese. When we got home I asked my wife how are the nuggets? She replied ” Good, but, I thought you ordered a 12 piece. There are only eight.” So I looked at my receipt and saw I was billed for 12 nuggets and only got eight. There was no sticker on the nugget box which I find unusual as every item is tagged with a sticker. Not worth going back for 4 nuggets, they are good,but, not that good. It might be a while before we go back. I did try to call the store where we received this dinner, but, your system didn’t let me leave a message

The chicken was burnt — both my tenders and my wife’s sandwich were overcooked and very dry. This was the driest Chick-fil-A meal we’ve ever had. The fries were okay, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

Im a regular here. I absoultely love it here, seeing it clean, happy employees as well as getting quailty food- mind you for years. I will say I havent had better service at a chick-fil-a then here. Thank you to the managers and staff for being able to keep this up.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Chick-fil-A that made us feel very uncomfortable.
The first time, we went through the drive-through to pick up an online order. The order was under my friend’s name, and the employee working made fun of her name, laughed about it, and clearly thought it was a joke. It was humiliating and unprofessional.
A few days later, we came back and ate inside. While we were there, we overheard the same employee loudly humiliating a couple of teenagers for not having enough money, announcing it so other customers could hear. She was also loudly talking badly about customers in the store while people were around, even being rude while we were present.
Chick-fil-A is usually known for respectful service, which made these experiences especially disappointing. No customer should be mocked, embarrassed, or spoken about negatively in front of others. This is especially disappointing and sad due to the fact that she’s a manager there and seems young

Register service by Amy was excellent. She had a great conversation with her as I placed my order and kept me informed when she had a hold up on making my shake.
Food was delicious too, and the holiday atmosphere was cheerful for all.

Very disappointed with the behavior of the manager on shift during my visit to this Chick-fil-A. While she wasn’t directly rude to me, her treatment of other customers was uncomfortable to witness.
She publicly announced that two children didn’t have the correct amount of money to pay, and after they left, she and two other employees laughed about it. She also rolled her eyes at a young girl who politely asked for extra sauces. I didn’t catch her name, but she appeared to be a younger manager on duty with brown hair. This behavior felt completely out of line with the respectful service Chick-fil-A is known for.
