This location is ok. The amount of fries they give you compared to other locations is laughably small, and they are slower than others, but end of the day it’s a decent chik fila. If you have a choice, I’d drive a little further to the Taylors location

Chick-fil-A Greer, please educate your drive-thru team members about how customers can utilize both drive-thru lanes. Your employees/team members need to practice better observation and awareness skills, plus better customer service. It was very busy today at your location and a line of cars out of the parking lot, almost in Wade Hampton. The drive-thru lane was super busy. I got my order taken by an awesome team member who was training a newbie and was in line until I was able to move forward on my way to the drive thru window. I moved over to the second lane because it was open. I pulled to the yellow STOP LINE in that right/second lane so cars that were behind me could move forward. Limit some congestion. The STOP LINE in the right/second lane is there so Vehicles in the left/first lane can move forward and exit the parking lot safely. I waited a couple minutes for my order and one of your team members/employees comes up to me and asked me my name, and then telling me I was in the wrong for moving to the right/second lane, with a horrible attitude and stated “look bro, we don’t use this lane.” Then walked off mouthing something else and I don’t think it was “my pleasure” either. I ordered a milkshake so it shouldn’t have been that hard to expedite that menu item. Work smarter, not harder.

Chick-fil-A we all know you strategically place your traffic safety cones in areas where you don’t want vehicles to go. We can see that, this was not the case on this day and so I utilized the right/second lane in the drive-thru. I don’t appreciate your employee being rude. I love Chick-fil-A and the attitude does not represent CFA. I know there is room for improvement for this skinny, freckle faced, curly brown clown haired employee/ team member.

This Chick-fil-A sucks. I went this morning before work I got there at 6:27 which should have given me plenty of time to get to work. I didn’t pull out of the drive thru line until 6:58. I was late for work because I was stuck in line and already paid for my food. They have no customer service. I’ve gone to other chickfilas and was given multiple free ice cream coupons because of a 5 minute wait. 30 minutes in any drive thru is ridiculous much less at Chick-fil-A.

Want to say thank you to the entire closing crew! Our basketball team stopped here before a two hour ride back home. We knew they closed at 10 but didn’t know the lobby closed at 9. We arrived about 9:35pm. They were gracious enough to
Allow us to come in and order to go! They’d already cleaned the lobby and shut the registers down but opened back up and did so with a smile & kindness. Service was great & the food was well prepared & fresh! Thank you all so much!

They’ve messed my up my order twice. I called and let them know they couldn’t do anything about it go was 30 mins of your life and your gas money because we just can’t get it wright. They offered no sulution. I wasted the time and gas and got the what I thought was the correct food. When I made it home again it was wrong again. I can’t eat breaded chicken and just because they added a lot doesn’t make it better and they messed it up again I just ended giving away the food. I lost my money went hungry and my gas trying to get it corrected. And still didn’t get my food.

I just wanted to share the older woman bringing pick-up orders out to the parking lot this afternoon was wonderful. She witnessed another customer be rude to me in the parking lot and brought my order out and checked in with me about the interaction. She was so kind and great to talk to. My iced coffee was good as always!

This review pertains to a recent experience at the Chick-fil-A location in Greer, SC. While the food quality remains consistently excellent, the level of service and professionalism displayed by some team members was significantly below the standard expected of the Chick-fil-A brand, making this, in our opinion, the worst service experience we have encountered in the Upstate area.
Upon entering, we required an additional table to be placed next to our booth. My son attempted to adjust the seating when a team member, identified as Shi, abruptly stopped him and stated the table could not be moved. When I approached the front counter to request the accommodation, the request was immediately and easily fulfilled by another team member. The inconsistency and initial resistance were unnecessary, especially for accommodating a larger family. The most concerning issue occurred during the food delivery process. The team member, identified as Tyler, brought our order to the table. When I informed him that the food he was holding was ours (which was placed via mobile app), he acted reluctant to hand it over. I confirmed the items multiple times, yet he continued to ignore our claim until I spoke louder, confirming that the order was indeed ours. He then finally asked for the name associated with the order before releasing the food, despite clear verification of the items. His demeanor suggested a strong unwillingness to provide service. The food was, as always, hot and prepared perfectly. However, the interactions with team members Shi and Tyler compromised the entire experience. Chick-fil-A is known for exceptional service, and these behaviors, unnecessary confrontation regarding seating and reluctance in food delivery are highly questionable and unacceptable.

I got a phone call from the executive director of that Chick Fil A, while he can’t fix my experience I do appreciate the quick response to my complaint.

My daughter and I stopped for food on the way home and when she opened her nuggets a sauce lid (like what you pull off the sauces) was stuck inside the box and a bite of a nugget had already been taken. When I went back up to the store to complain and show the manager Ana (who said she was the manager at that moment) said that there was absolutely no way they would hand out food that way. Proceeded to insinuate that I was lying even after I pulled up my Ring camera and showed her proof of my daughter opening the box after grabbing it out of the bag and it had been eaten from. There was another girl there who tried to say “I think I know what happened, a customer came in and said the nuggets tasted weird” and the manager very aggressively said “NO THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN” well clearly that is exactly what happened or we wouldn’t of gotten someone’s eaten food. Stuff happens but what irritated me the most is being called a liar when show proof of their mistake, the whole thing was completely unacceptable.

Never had a problem at a cfa before but this location has terrible curbside service. The sticker on my bag says 10:02 and I didn’t receive my food until 10:38. Be fr

Won’t come to this location again. Management is poor. Orders are always consistently missing an item or slightly wrong. Wait times for curbside/drive thru vary vastly (15-20 minutes for mobile orders which are supposed to be faster).
Service is consistently incompetent- handing drinks that are leaking, spilled down the side.
Had a girl knock over drinks in her gray tray for curbside pickup, have them upside down on the tray for over a minute, and then still try to hand them to us (even though now missing half the drink). When we requested she remake them, she took another five minutes to bring them out.

Called management while waiting and they said mistakes happen. They certainly do, but when they happen so consistently and overwhelmingly it is clearly an issue with management/training/staffing.

Go down the road to the Taylors location instead and save yourself the hassle. The extra time driving still ends up being shorter than the wait times at this location.
