The food is ok Not great not bad. You pretty know what you’re getting. This particular location, the first time I ate there, sitting at the bar, service wasn’t very good, but food was. 2nd time, sitting at the bar again, service was better than 1st visit, but food was wasn’t great. Chicken over cooked and broccoli undercooked.

As a partially handicap person, the toilet seat in the handicap stall could hurt someone, as it is loose.

I truly cannot comprehend how anyone could serve this with a clear conscience. My husband made a 20-minute drive each way for a takeout order, and this is what he brought back. I’m completely shocked! We spent $52 on a collection of burnt, foul-smelling fried food. I can’t believe this happened. I’ve attached the pictures!

I’m not sure which was a fluke! There are so many Italian restaurants to try that are considered a higher quality of Italian cuisine, but my dad took me to Olive Garden a few years back (2023) and it was actually pretty good! I was really shocked because it had been decades since I had been to an Olive Garden.
Then I tried Olive Garden again when I was in Illinois and the Alfredo was so creamy and good that it actually had me wanting more the next day. I’m a heavy bread connoisseur and I did not care for their breadsticks in the past, but I even ate the breadsticks!
NOW 2025 AND 2026 in Wisconsin, different story and I don’t understand how. I’ve tried the Olive Garden at Southridge in Milwaukee, a Madison location, and now the location in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin and the food has just been terrible, even the desert! I don’t get it, I just don’t understand if the one time that I had it with my dad and the time in Illinois was standard with the good food or is the nasty food here in Wisconsin standard, not sure which one was the fluke and I’m not sure if I want to take my chances but trying it again.

I don’t know how an Olive Garden has a wait staff as good as the one in Menomonee Falls, but they’re clearly doing something right. Every time I go to this location it’s a great experience. The entire wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of it. You rarely have to wait for a drink refill, breadstick refill, etc.
If you’re lucky enough to have Charles as your waiter, it goes from a great experience to an exceptional experience. We’ve had him as a waiter at this location several times, and he is legit better than any waiter you’ll have at a 5-star restaurant.
The food is consistently good at this location, they have great lunch specials, and overall this is easily the best Olive Garden around.
A+ experience across the board. This location shouldn’t be overlooked.

The service Rome provided was great which is why I gave 2 stars, appetizers came out fast but the food took exceptionally long. The chicKen and Shrimp cabanara was nasty to me so I was only able to eat 1 bite and because it took so long we just all wrapped it up to go. My sister said she will take it home with her. This was my first time here and I to be honest I am not a noodle person so that’ll be my last time. As usual try for yourself and Good luck.

Tonight was a 20 minute Wait for a table for two. Which It went by pretty quick. Guest were in and out. Our server Audrey was awesome! Always kept our drinks filled. The food was delicious and the Breadsticks keep on coming. 10 out of 10.
