It amazes me that the Chick-fil-A restaurants I visit including this one in Okemos are always smooth running, well organized with plenty of friendly staff. The food comes out fresh, hot, tasty and accurate….. And so many other fast food (and casual) restaurants are completely the opposite. These other big name franchises (many disgusting) should spend the money, pay attention and COPY Chick-fil-A step by step as their business model. Fantastic job as always Chick-fil-A.

This place is for sure one of the best fast food chains. Their signature sauce was so good and sweet, their fries were so tasty and the chicken burger eventhough abit small but still so good with fresh ingredients. Definitely I will order again from this place. Next time I will try their nuggets for sure.

Classic Chick-fil-a experience. Amazing as always, you can see the effort the owner of this franchise puts in to make sure everyone has an amazing meal. They never skimp on sauces, always accommodate to the needs of the customer and insure you can get the same great experience every time. Plus the owner often gives free sandwich coupons to their customers through the rewards app. Keep up the great work!

Food at this location is usually much better than West Lansing. The past few times here, the fries have been coated in salt and way too much butter is used on sandwich buns. Service is always good, just hope these things are improved.

What is the point of having a mobile ordering app to place a mobile order ahead of time to then not be able to receive order because it is a few minutes past breakfast???? so I drive halfway across town to be told. I can’t get my food and that I can use it for tomorrow. The roads are bad and I was a few minutes late and then I get told I can’t even get my breakfast. Awesome…… way to do your customers right

Will never be back. Ordered breakfast via the mobile app. Arrived at 10:18 and was stuck in line plus a woman in the drive-thru in front of me kept letting people behind her go ahead putting me further back. Got to the order speaker at 10:32 and was told I could no longer get my order because there’s a “hard cut off” at 10:30. That’s a scam.

Me and my boyfriend were sitting in the back corner of the restaurant and we both mentioned wanting to get a water when the line when down but one of the works named Karen over heard and brought both of us waters without us saying anything to her. She was so sweet!
