So went here with a large party of 20 people. They handled everyone like a boss. I’m not usally a fan of chains, but my food was decent and service was great. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and no complaints.

Stopped for dinner on our way to Baltimore. Wish prices in the US were still lower, as it was $120+ for a family of 6, which isn’t bad but hurts with the exchange rate.

After years of consistency very sad to say ill not be returning. Maybe watering down the Gnoch soup and other recipes were worth it(doubtful). Curiously the prices were even 15% higher, which would’ve been fine for the same QUALITY.

Our server Jason was very fast and kind. The place was busy, and at first I was given the wrong food but very quickly it was fixed. The salad tasted a little off, but the rest of the food made up for it. The food is expensive, but it’s good. Definitely coming back here some time.

Did not have a great experience unfortunately. I ordered the cheese manicotti, and it was so dry that the noodles were crunchy. It looked like it was microwaved. Flavor was not great either. Breadsticks were also dry. Service was subpar.

We had lunch at Olive Garden today and Tony was our waiter. He did an outstanding job. Everything was on time. He boxed up our food for us. he was very polite. We loved it. Probably the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Thank you.

So getting seated and waiting 20+ mins, me and the wife walked out. Our waitress for our table was doing 1 task at a time and never greeted us or anything. She only had 3 tables including ours. We’re at El Rodeo now. Shame.

The service was terrible. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Our server didn’t offer to refill our drinks. We had ordered take-home meals alongside our entrees and she brought us the wrong one out. She also didn’t give us another bag that we requested for our leftovers. On top of everything, we had a coupon for a free appetizer from when you join the Olive Garden rewards club and our server went to speak to the manager about using the coupon. Apparently this specific Olive Garden doesn’t allow the coupon but in the fine print of the coupon states, “ Offer is valid at any Olive Garden Italian Restaurant location in the continental U.S. only.” So I am not sure why the manager lied to us about not being able to use it. I will never be back to this Olive Garden location until they fix their service.

The service is by a very friendly staff. The greeter is friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. Those hot fresh breadstick with dip is simply irresistible. The pasta is always satisfying. The soups are just savory and delicious.
