Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The only time I review a fast food chain is to complain, but today it’s different.. I’m trying to cutmy carb intake and ordered three patties with jack cheese and pickles. Who ever prepared this, let me just say, WOW this might be the best Whataburger meal I’ve ever had.. when I usually order this, the patties come stacked up on top of each other with maybe four or five pickles. But this time I got three patties evenly placed on a bed of pickles!!!! Amazing experience and so delicious!!! Thank you guys!

Everything’s good about this place all right but often get a lot of these fries that have this green reaction Fry’s have one exposed to a lot of light it can lead to digestive problems if eaten update a week later after riding this review I came to write one and I noticed I already wrote one a week ago but this time the tenders are weird like if somebody was playing with it and there was a little piece of cheese in the Box and I want to complain about there being four chicken tenders instead of three if I weren’t for the fact that they look like they’ve been playing with it

I’m not sure what’s the issue with this location but every time I come here, there’s something wrong with my order. My onion rings were burnt and the chicken fajita was so oily.

I recently visited this burger restaurant and had an excellent experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The burger was perfectly cooked, the toppings were high‑quality, and the bun held everything together without getting soggy. The fries were crisp and seasoned just right.

The service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My order came out quickly, and everything was exactly as requested. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable.

Overall, this place delivers great food and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

There were 4 other customers, we waited over 25 minutes for two burritos and a pancake platter. For a fast food establishment. Pancakes came without syrup or eating utensils. Super unimpressed for major establishment. The building was very clean, the employees we nice.

I came to Whataburger for lunch, I was trying to utilize my points on the app However, I could not figure it out. There was a long line so I just paid for my meal, however Tony A did a phenomenal job after the line was down he found me in the restaurant walked me through how to use my app. He went above and beyond even gave me my receipt and said come back another time and I’ll replace the meal for you because I wanted to use my points for the meal, there was just too long of a line for him to help me at the time.. I am beyond satisfied with what this gentleman did for me.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 12 crispy spicy chx sandwich. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait no problem meaning fresh to order. So I was told to pull forward to the yellow line. Thinking my order would be correct (wrong) I get home open my bag and it a grilled chx sandwich the opposite of what I ordered. I dont know who’s working but this is upsetting considering I gave whataburger another chance. This isn’t the first time but the 5th time and now im done with whataburger and there down-fall on there service. Upsetting considering they can’t get the order correct or fresh considering quality. Today it was the order. I dont know what’s happened to the industry as a whole no matter the location I choose but the industry is failing as a whole it must be addressed or close locations to minimize the mistakes. Observe and be attentive especially if your going to make customers/guest wait extra to get what they actually ordered. Highly disappointed.

I come here often and usually have good service. The service was still great but i got a very watery gravy and when i brought it to their attention all they did was offer more of the same watery gravy. I requested a refund and asked if they were out of gravy. She told me they had plenty of gravy but they werent going to make any more. April handled this situation very poorly and ill be going to a different whataburger now. This was all on top of the fact that they had forgotten to give me a gravy to begin with. The only reason i realized it was so watery was because i had to walk back inside to get it. The one star is for the really nice lady that works at the register, otherwise its a 0.

Store was really dirty – talking mud, hair, dirt on the floor. It looks like it doesn’t get mopped often. Our order took well over 30 minutes for fries and a wrap. And they charged me almost $3 for a water. When I asked for a refund he said it was too complicated.
