Had an amazing time here tonight. The food and drinks were amazing as well as the service. Our waiters name was Jazleah and she did an amazing job at keeping up with everything we needed and kept our drinks refilled. She recommended some platters and everyone loved her suggestions. We came for my friends birthday, Ive been here several times but this time stood out due to our server Rolando Perez! He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Also helped with suggestions on the salsa. The food was delicious and the happy hour margs cant be beat! they also have the best tres Leches i have ever had!

Spacious, clean, organised and well decorated restaurant. They offer seating area by the bar as well as many other seating arrangements.
We received good and friendly service.
Food and drinks:
Combo fajitas with steak and chicken was good.
Meats were not overcooked and were seasoned well. I would definitely recommend guacamole made fresh at your table.
Haven’t ordered any alcoholic beverages but you can definitely order your favourite drink from the full bar.

The food was very good! I got the chicken fajitas and the flavor was amazing with the onions and peppers. The black refried beans and flour tortillas were great too. They also gave complimentary flan for someone in our party that was celebrating a birthday.
It was a bit loud in there, but I was happy with the decor and atmosphere so I didn’t mind too much.
Our server was sweet too.
Only thing is, the price was a bit high. Most items were at least 20 to 25 dollars. But I enjoyed the experience enough to not mind too too much.

The staff here at Escalante’s Town & Country staff Rolis, Brallon, Jose and Lara were so friendly to me and all of my guests for my mom’s retiring luncheon. They accommodated me for the photographer to come and take photos before serving any appetizers, food and drinks. The catering was affordable for my party of 50 ppl. My mom loved the food Mexican/TexMex is her favorite. Booking the event was non stressful and the manager and assistant manager were very helpful, courteous and polite. Andrew is the manager and Leyis is the assistant manager she’s who I spoke with when deciding my mom’s menu from appetizers, main course and dessert. My family really loved the service and food. We’ll definitely be returning soon.

Had an incredible dining experience at Escalante’s! We started with the queso fundido, which was delicious and the perfect appetizer. For my main course, I had the tampiqueña—the steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
A huge shoutout to Pablo Solis for the exceptional service. He was professional, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Great food and even better hospitality!

Ever has been an awesome server! He let us know what he recommended from what he has tried, and provided the service quick. The Chilaquiles & Mango Delight Margarita are a hit for sure!
