At this point, I’m convinced Zaxby’s goes out of their way to ensure every order is wrong. I asked for extra sauce, and the wings are barely covered in any sauce, let alone any to dip them in. The fries are unseasoned. My partner’s order was entirely wrong. If you’re going to provide dry, spindly wings with barely any sauce then stop charging nearly $15 for them. Every couple months I try to see if Zaxby’s can handle the very basic, easily executed order, and they never fail to fail. Absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable.

I had the Taco Salad for the first time today. It was great. Whoever developed this new menu item hit a home run. I would definitely get this salad again. Also, the Pittsboro location is great. I dine there at least once a week. The store is always clean, the staff are all very friendly, and the food is well worth the money. I used to be a Chick-fil-a person until I tried Zaxby’s. There is no contest!

I usually have a good experience, but I went yesterday and got wings with no seasoning and then PURCHASED lemon pepper on the side, but i got 0.5 grams of seasoning (I weighed it out). I paid 50 cents EXTRA for it just to not get even the normal amount that would’ve been on my wings. 25 cents for an eighth of a teaspoon.

Very fast service. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was clean. Very friendly staff. The food was delicious and came out fast and hot. We ate around 11:00 am. on a Saturday. Very glad we stopped at this zaxbys.

Super nice group of people was very friendly. It was nice to see them work well together like they was family. I also enjoyed the food but hey I always do. I was gonna take pics but we ate everything and I forgot about it til now but I do recommend the lemon pepper strips or wings.

Side note to other workers, be careful what you say in the lobby and how loud. We had kids with us and the F word was dropped in the dining room.

I tried the taco salad today … it was phenomenal. The salad is well balanced with crunches, guacamole, Pico de gallo, and the dressing gives this salad just the right zest. KUDOS to this store and to ZAXBYS with this new offering!!!!

Ordered tacos with no pico for takeout. They clearly made my tacos WITH pico. Realized their mistake. And decided to pick the pico out and DRENCHHH it in the sauce instead of making me new tacos. There was random tomatoes and onions all in it so I couldn’t eat it. They also put zax sauce on the nibblers when they were ordered without zax sauce.
