I had to stop by and drop 5 stars for a top notch B Dubs experience.
Honestly, this is the best experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever had. Like, since I was a kid, I’m not sure I’ve had this good of food from here in a long time. It was awesome! Kudos to the kitchen staff. You guys are throwing down in there on a Wednesday night.
The Patron margarita was good but not great. A nice pour and tasted good, but basic sour mix. I’d order it again though. Fresh juices would be nice, but I get it.
The wings were just top notch wings. We ordered them wet, and they were so saucy and delicious, just how we like. Perfectly crispy and juicy, and the desert heat were also on point. Perfectly seasoned and hot and fresh out of the fryer. So delicious.
The Loaded Fries were hot and fresh and topped with plenty of melted cheese and bacon bits. Like, these are the best loaded wedges I’ve ever gotten at a B Dubs. We usually get carryout, but I forgot how good the food is when it’s hot and freshly prepared.
I was kind of surprised this was so good, and I’d for sure return again to this specific location. Service was excellent and friendly, everything came out fast and was made with care. Thanks, everyone at the downtown location – you all need a bonus!

The food here fell a bit short of my expectations; I’ve certainly savored better meals in the past. However, my experience was not without its merits—the service was decent, and I have no complaints on that front. I found myself pleasantly swaying to the delightful melodies that filled the air, adding a lovely ambiance to the restaurant.

My first time visiting this location and the staff made it such a great experience. TARA is the best! She’s so attentive. I never once ran out of water, our orders were perfect and when my kiddo spilled water she was there at the table to clean it before any of us could even react! 10/10

We went here after the Mid American Conference Football Championship game (Western Michigan Broncos WON) at Ford Field. It was a short walk from the game to Buffalo Wild Wings. The place was packed! However, we got a table right away, and had to wait for our server (Kellie) for maybe 5 minutes. She did a good job for as busy as she was. It was not a long wait considering how busy the restaurant was.
The food was fantastic. The wings were probably the best I’ve had at Buffalo Wild Wings. We tried the cauliflower wings for the first time…I will definitely get them again. They were great. I didn’t realize they were the cauliflower wings when they came!! They also had a fantastic crunch.
In summary, this restaurant did a great job Saturday afternoon. Food was great, service was very good & the atmosphere fun. When we finished, we walked back to the Ford Field parking garage, got in our car and got right on the interstate to head home. Great planning on our park.

When we arrived, our server Bailey came and took our orders for drinks. I had ordered a strawberry lemonade with Tito’s. She then proceeded to come over and say she was giving us the Tito’s on the side. Then proceeded to bring us our drinks with the Tito‘s mixed in. We placed our order, When the food arrived, our grilled dippers were crispy dippers, when we ordered the grilled. Our server, then proceeded to say that they don’t have grilled and that I did not order grilled as they were right on the menu. We then asked for silverware, which we did not receive for 20 minutes until our meal was cold, we got them after we had to ask a second time. Our 2nd Water refill, which we still have not received and we left 30 minutes ago. After our grilled dippers were finally brought out then, we ordered a large side of fries, with salt and vinegar. They bought out a regular size with nothing, not a lick of seasoning. After that, we asked to speak with a manager and then the manager came out. We told him everything that happened and then he proceeded to ask if we wanted our fries redone. After the fries got redone, they brought out still a regular size. Then when she gave us our bills, we still got charged for a large fry. In my 12 years of going to Buffalo wild wings, I haven’t received, such a horrible and downright disappointing experience.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Tasted like they’ve been sitting at the bottom of a deep freezer for 6 months. Tasted like freezer burn or something. My wife went to pick up her order, and stood at the take out counter for 10 minutes and not a single server or anyone asked if she needed help. The person that fills out the take out orders was sitting at a table at the back, doing nothing. He also looked like a customer, so no one would know he was working the counter. Typical BIG KORP restaurant. I bet they are always understaffed, and who does show up is probably way under paid so no one cares. I guess we won’t be back. Hard to find a good wings place opened on Sundays. My favorite buff wings are at Tommy’s Bar and Grill if anyone is looking. They do a dry rub with the tossed buffalo sauce. Really good.

I tried to order 20 boneless wings with four different sauces, which I KNOW is allowed because I’ve done it before and even checked the app right there.. it let me customize four flavors carry out no problem! But the waitress flat out insisted I could only do two sauces, and refused to budge. Meanwhile, the guy next to me gets his order with 4 different flavors!
What a joke.
To much mango habanero ruined my meal and now I’m on the toilet paying the price!
i’ll amend my review if management reaches out to me to make this right!
