Avoid this place at all costs. All the bread was hard as a rock. She gave me 6 pieces of spinach and when I asked for more, she added 2 more. She didn’t greet me whatsoever. When I came in-and-in fact, stood there, texting with somebody for about a minute and a 1 before she got to me. And while ordering, she felt like she, it bothered by everything.

The service we had Thursday night was so pleasant, I had to leave a positive review. The young lady was very patient and friendly with us. It was between 7:45-8 pm on the 26th. I hope her night went well. Congrats on the news you shared with me as well.

Terrible service from Owner, when I first came in she asked me if I had a coupon and I told her yes, so she started making my sandwiches, when adding vegetables she was only adding so little of everything, there was little steak and she only added 4 cucumbers to a footlong, I asked her if she could add more and she said NO… I know for sure that for a footlong its 6 cucumbers at least because I used to work at a sudway many years ago.. When paying she throw the receipt at me in the counter.. If she doent want to accept coupons in her restaurant then that is totally fine but she needs to have better costumer service specifically when she is the owner..

The food is the best but the service when I walked in the rohnert park one by the laundry mat the guy who worked there told me get out if I’m not buying something and I was going to when my mom got done with laundry but he was so rude that I was rude back to him and ever since that it left a bad experience in me because of one guy that’s like that at graton hotel and many people that dare chalenge me

I had the worst experience ever in any subway i had ever been. Jeff did not want to help or answer questions. i saw a girl going before me, and he even said i am not going to be nice to you. I presumed because she was latina. Jeff had a terrible attitude then when i talked him he even said i can be nice again. I asked him why he was acting like this. I left the restaurant because I believe in, everyone should be treated with respect and dignity if he is not happy with his job. I really recommend the owner to get involved in this matter. To know how to give customer service is essential. It was terrible. worst service ever, I hope someone steps in and talks to Jeff and let him know he’s is not there to be racist; it is actually to be in service of our community since he is a customer server.

It’s getting a bit ridiculous at the fast food establishments. They charge so much more with less quality. I lost interest in ordering for the attitude upon arrival, along with meats and veggies looking sweaty from not refrigerating properly. I won’t be back!
