This place was absolutely awful, we were rushed when ordering in the drive thru. We said that we needed a minute to order since we’ve never been to a Wendy’s. The lady told us to hurry up because they had 3 cars waiting behind us. WE LITERALLY JUST PULLED UP! What an awful place honestly. Never ever will I ever try a Wendy’s because of this experience. Zero stars all across the board.

I hate to go in there as a customer and as a DoorDasher! They are all so rude! The night shift manager Stepheon especially. I’ve heard him calling female employees ugly in front of a dining room full of people. On a different occasion I stood directly in front of the register for several minutes and no one came to help me. Finally the “manager” Stepheon came up looked me in the eyes didn’t say a word to me and typed something on the register and walked away. I said excuse me sir and he kept walking and acted like he didn’t hear me but I was plenty loud. I always have the hardest time getting someone to ring me up or even acknowledge I’m there. The food is good but the service is horrible! I would be ashamed to know my employees (especially managers) were treating customers this way.

For the life of me I can not understand why, if there is a list in front of yourselves, you guys can not seem to place everything in the bag. It really doesn’t make much sense. Double Checking is part of customer service. You guys dont some to do well with that either. My advice is to put your best foot forward with any job you guys get in life man. It is theft to not give someone something they paid for and you fast food dinner crews get away with it every night. Really wish we could do a mass lawsuit as a nation on the fast food industry for taking so much money through out the year without rendering an actual service or product.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. The service was extremely slow, the food was inedible, my strawberry lemonade tasted like it was spoiled and the Frosty that we got was more milk than it was frosty.
I do not live in the area nor would I want this particular location to make it right for me, I will be contacting corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable I could have had a better experience eating out of the trash.

I ordered pick up for 2 burgers and 2 10pc nuggets and it took more than an hour for my food all while they were serving everyone else around us… I work in an actual restaurant that’s 10 times busier than this and we get food out within 10 minutes. Priorities need to be reevaluated

Ordered with the app. After 15 minutes I asked if they had received the order. They confirmed they did. It took 40 minutes to finally get the food. I watched everyone that cam in after us receive their order before us. They also got the order incorrect. They have a sign for the app to skip the line, but the line skipped us.

I came through the drive thru about 11:15pm and the manager was fighting with a girl. They were yelling and cursing so loud. Very poor service. They shouldn’t be working in fast food.

Well food was good and was pretty fast return on food. But the person at the window seemed to be not in the mood to deal with anyone. So she grimaced at one of our questions and never really looked at us while handing the food someone in our directions.
