My shake had a gaping crater in it for some reason it was like something had like suctioned a whole cavity of my shake out of it before it was handed to me as you can see in the picture and then my daughter’s chocolate shake had the saddest excuse for whipped cream on it. What’s the woman that took our order was extremely rude and very short with us acting as if we worked here in New the menu for like the back of our hand and was just pretty impatient with us and kind of sounded like she was almost irritated for having to have taken our order

i like getting drinks here because i can customize them for low calorie/large amount. the past FOUR times i have ordered for extra strawberries in my drink and every time i get my drink with zero strawberries. yall making me pay an extra 1.20 for a damn strawberry and you don’t even put it in the drink

I love sonic and dined frequently in other states after going to ‘splash ‘ with my boys it was to easy to take the Mohawk exit for a good old sonic feed. Food was great service was friendly and accommodating. I spent about $ 45 which included large meals for three and milk shakes for two . I will be back for sure.

I ordered a junior burger with mayo, pickles, onion & tomato. No cheese! They had to make it 3 time
in order to get it right. First 2x they put cheese in it.
Also ordered an American
Hot Dog with mustard, relish & onions. Can’t even tell you how long that took to get it right! I didn’t even mention the fries were cold!! I was charge $18.00 for this and wasted 30 minutes. Won’t be going back to this place!!! I really liked Sonic!!

Food is good, environment is disgusting. I understand understaffing. Especially these days, but maybe consider outsourcing a janitorial service? This bathroom had clearly not been attended to for a least a couple days. Someone urinated in the drainage area, the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Just gross. Makes me wonder how bad the inside cooking area looks, as customers can’t dine in to check it out for themselves. Gross is an understatement

They have the best drinks here! They always make my vanilla and cherry cokes freaking perfect, they’ll even do easy ice if requested! My daughter loves thier cherry Dr Peppers and they’re just delicious! They also have the best shakes anywhere around, so many ways to mix and match flavors with tons of toppings, I love the chocolate banana with Oreo best. You gotta love Sonic!

Update: it took 27 mins to get a single bag of ice. Multiple guests who arrived after us were able to get full food orders before we got a bag of ice…. There’s a problem there.

Disappointed to say the least, my first time eating here I made a mobile order and paid $3.19 for a sundae. Only one size option available. In the picture on the app it shows the sundae cup completely full, the sundae I received the cup was barely half full with the whip cream on there. I talked to a worker and I said I hate to be this person I just feel frustrated I got a sundae that’s half full when it shows on the app the cup all the way full and I paid $3.19 for half a cup of ice cream and they said, that’s the size that it is, and I said that doesn’t make any sense when the picture shows the cup full and the worker just said, we made it to the specifications there’s nothing we can do, so I just was like okie dokie then. Highly unfortunate experience and false advertising!

1st I was told she can’t put a peppermint shake in a meal. 2nd my cup was split, since I was there I called back and asked for a switch. I said there were no chocolate pieces in my shake. When she came back they had put so many pieces in a partially gone shake!! I couldn’t even get a drink. Just passive aggressive bs. Not the avenue my sonic ran by. Tsk tsk
