Rather terrible ordering experience. First off, told us to move forward to the next ordering Bay. Even though there was nobody in line. We had to sit there for a few minutes before the even gave us these directions. We then ordered and they got our food order wrong. We asked them about it they said well sorry that towards on the screen. Terrible. They then brought out the wrong order, felt a bit like I was bothering him for trying to get this corrected. I will never come back

Good fast flavorful fresh food.

But services, and attention to customers needs, and presence is bad here.

Management don’t seem to care about each customer. They just want to move fast, regardless good or bad. Regardless they take, serve correct orders or not. Standard of customers service, and quality of place, and atmosphere here is Getto Standards. Place is dirty.
No wonder most reviews on this place are negative. I believe owner, and manger are mean, and abusive to their workers. And it showes in their employees interactions with their customers. Employees are not happy here

Advice to customer check your orders, and your food before leaving.

Also use self order& self pay kiosk.
Go to counter only if you need to, other wise you will wait for while before anyone will acknowledge your presence, and take the time to talk to you

If I could give this location zero ⭐️ , I would. I’ve experienced repeated issues with incorrect and incomplete delivery orders. The first mistake involved receiving the wrong dessert, and the second was far more frustrating—I ordered two meals and received only one sandwich. Sauces were missing, and both drinks arrived without straws. Judging by the volume of similar complaints in other reviews, this appears to be a recurring problem. This location needs to take accountability and improve its order accuracy

I work in the Sound Transit station right next-door,. McDonalds don’t open the doors for inside eating I think until six or later so all of us from the station usually just walk through the drive-through and they serve us because we don’t have a car available.we all get breakfast here all the time. We have done this ever since this station has opened. I’ve done it myself 10 times. Today all of a sudden
1-03-26 at 5:35 I walk up to the window in my uniform and they won’t serve me. They tell me they can’t serve from the window . Lying to my face even though you have served me and my fellow employees more than a dozen times . And I know what the problem is it’s the employees that are on duty now. Thanks a lot McDonald’s gal working the first window between 5:30 and 5:40 am. What’s so upsetting about this is she called another woman employee over to ask in that employee told her to go ahead and help me. But she didn’t like that answer so she went and found another employee and brought her over for her to tell me no. What’s so disgusting about this is if you would’ve just exercise some customer service it actually took longer for you to go grab two employees Because you didn’t wanna serve me. It would’ve been much quicker just to exercise actual customer service and help me. I would’ve been gone in two minutes. I was professional in my uniform and obviously you just didn’t want to provide customer service.

There isn’t a single time I’ve been to this location where they did not tell me to wait out front for my food. I’m writing this review as it is my second time waiting over 10 mins for an order of a McDouble, Spicy chicken, and 4 pc nuggets. No meal. No drinks. It’s insane that I’ve enough time to get inpatient AND write this review. Also, the local homeless will rap on your window and ask for change as you wait. Awful awful awful

This McDonald’s seems to be very busy, especially the drive-through. Cars lined up wrapped around the parking lot and sometimes from the street.

The food quality is good most of the time. I only had one incident where a young man working the drive-thru gave me about 3/4 of the drink. I asked for a bit more it took him about 2 minutes to mess with it. I got to the park and took a sip of the drink. At that moment, I realized the young man put coke, sprite, and other odd-flavored soda into my cup of drink. I contacted the restaurant, and the manager said he would talk to the young man. That was that.

Half of the parking lot is used for online orders and another half for inside dining. However, there are homeless cars and trucks often parked there as well.

The restaurant is open back up for business, and customers can dine in once again.

Do not go here. Everytime I come here, they always get the orders wrong. Last time ordered 2 double cheese, and 2 cookies, only got one of each from the order. It’s every. Single. Time. Wrong order. Guy didn’t want count my change so just took everything, lines are long, and again. Check your bags by the window make sure you got what you ordered. Terrible place.

The food was great and the place was very clean. This review is more for the owner ordering through the kiosk is difficult. Having at least one cashier available would really help for placing orders and requesting condiments or anything else needed. There were no condiments (like ketchup) available on the side, and it’s hard to ask employees since most of them stay in the back.

I was given the incorrect order. I waited over 25 minutes for the correct 1 burger to be made. Staff was very dismissive and seemed to give be very misleading in their responses. For instance, I was waiting for so long that the girl said the soda machine is slow—-huh—What!!? Wasn’t waiting for a soda—but food!
