We decided to try it again after having very poor and slow service the last attempt. Resturant just doesn’t seem fresh and up to date. But there were live lobsters in the tank and people at the bar. Host podium was…messy.
Seated by someone who came out if kitchen. Menu seemed refreshed. When we went to order we found that they were out of fish. So no salmon etc. We do nit eat shell fish so we left.
Unfortunately no biscuits as we left before they were delivered to table.
We so want red lobster to succeed….and hope it does. But last visit was terrible and this time no fish.

My family and I went to Red Lobster after church and we enjoyed ourselves. Wendy and Dennis were our waitress and waiter. The food was hot and delicious. They were so friendly and helpful. I am definitely asking for them when I return at a later date.. Thank you Wendy and Dennis for being patient with us and so caring.

For the business being vary slow ie no customers but a small hand full I was expecting top notch service. 1. The host showed us to are table placed the menu on the table did not wait for everyone to get to the table and walked off. 2. Server took her sweet time getting to us to ask for our drinks. 3. Food came out I got a steak with baked potato, the potato seemed to be way over cooked or sitting in the warmer for way to long and dryed out. 4. I like to stack up any used dishes we may have for the server to clear as they walk by or check up on us this sever has not done that. Also I hate asking for the server to refill my drink. If u see its empty and im still waiting for my main dish to come out bring me a drink. Plz. And now that im done eating im sitting here writing this waiting for my ck so I can pay and leave.

Red Lobster was a real treat. My cousin and I went today Thursday February 5th.2026 for lunch.Our Server Jerry was phenomenal,polite and very positive attitude made sure he was very attentive to our needs. Food came out hot and was delicious.Greeter at the door Dennis was also very helpful came back to make sure we were happy with our food and service. He is a fun loving jokester. We also met the General Manager Latricia Edwards who was very polite, professional and made sure we were satisfied with the service we received from the staff We will return.

Service was excellent, friendly and professional. Food surf and turf steak was hard and dry for a medium cooked. Air conditioning was high, makes atmosphere very cold and didn’t order any cocktail because of the coldness.
I love red lobster so since I’m in the area I’ll try another location.

Our server, K, was amazing. He was efficient, attentive, and did a great job taking care of us. We really appreciated his service.
Unfortunately, the manager, Latirica, was extremely unprofessional. She pulled him aside in the middle of the dining area and began reprimanding him in front of guests. It didn’t stop there — she continued berating him as they moved past several tables and into the serving area. It was uncomfortable to witness and honestly felt classless and tacky.
Managers should address issues with their staff privately, not embarrass them in front of a full dining room. It reflected poorly on the management and took away from what would have otherwise been a great experience.

First the positive. The salmon bowl was delicious, perfectly cooked and plentiful. The not so pleasant…there were several smells wafting through the air and some of them were bad, like the smells that come from backed up drains, spilled beer, dirty dishes and wet carpet. The key lime pie we had for dessert tasted and looked like it had been thawed out last week and kept in the refrigerator ever since.
The server did not check on us once to see if we needed anything. She did not even offer to refill our drinks even though they were empty when she dropped off our entrees. No one picked up a single dirty dish from our table until after we paid our check. Our table was so full of our used/dirty dishes we barely had room to eat. This visit will be memorable but not for a good reason. It was frankly the worst service I’ve had in a restaurant. Anywhere. Ever. I won’t return.

Didn’t realize this place had so many good deals! Our server Kemou was so friendly and shook his dreads for us. Loved the food, and the moody vibe. Will definitely be coming back!.. for them dreads.
