We had the best server, Rosie, who constantly checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the food and service. I have never had a server who is so attentive to our needs. The food is moderately priced. The tastiest part of the meal was the margarita & loaded baked potato. Customers can dine-in or eat outdoors. I love the large size of the restaurant.

The Willie Icehouse Burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and exactly what you want when you’re craving a real Texas burger. Paired it with two spicy margaritas that had the perfect kick — balanced heat, smooth finish, no shortcuts.
What truly elevated the experience was our server, Analise. She was attentive without hovering, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. Drinks stayed full, timing was spot-on, and she made the whole experience feel effortless. You can tell when someone actually enjoys what they do — and Analise absolutely does.
Great food is expected. Great service is remembered. Analise made this visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back. Ask for her if you want your meal done right.

My husband and I went for dinner a few nights ago and sat at the bar. We both ordered salads and they were both very good and the chicken on mine was perfectly cooked (which is rare at other places). Good beer/drink choices, great service and food so, we will definitely go again!

Favorite place to get a simple, american style meal . Salads, burgers & more! My fiancé and I love to come here and sit in. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Always very clean and the best sweet tea in the area (just my opinion, it’s on my best sweet tea spots list). Highly recommend if you want a simple meal and to relax inside.

We had such a great experience at Willie’s Icehouse! The food was delicious and came out quickly, but what really made our visit stand out was our server, Gerry. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. You can tell he genuinely enjoys taking care of his customers — it’s rare to find service that good these days! We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Gerry again next time.

Very disappointed by the boiled shrimp. Doesn’t seem like they are using deveined gulf shrimp. These were overcooked and impossible to peal. Crawfish were much better. Never had boiled shrimp this large and hard to eat. Look almost like tiger prawns. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our first time there and it’s one of our new favorite places! We were greeted with a big smile and friendly staff.Our server,Cam was very sweet! From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel taken care of without ever hovering. He checked in at all the right times and had great recommendations, which made the whole visit even better.
