Really crappy service the pizza was good but Amanda made us feel really inconvenient for calling. You’ll know its her by the way she says “Argonne papa johns” more than once even if asked how are you? Tried to pay for a order via phone since it wouldn’t work online and didnt have as much cash as I thought on hand. Said she could help us but instead just put us on hold until the food arrived 15 min later. Was literally calling back to cancel the order but doordash showed up and was able to accept payment. Thats their new delivery service now too things change Amanda says very rudely. Would not order from there again coming from a ex employee and lover of papa John’s she’s rude

Ordered 2 pizzas to my house and they had way too much crust to topping ratio. The pieces were all different sizes. Some way too big and some way too small. It was not even cut close to all the way thru. Little Caesar’s it way better for a fraction of the price

We order from here weekly. Great price. Today was super busy and they were short staffed so there was a longer wait. Was a constant 10 people in line/waiting. The guy running the front I believe his name was Dan was super chill and kept it fun. I appreciate that he did not have a bad attitude or at least did not present that to the customers.

Ordered ahead for a lunch meeting. We asked for a specific delivery time and were told that was fine. An hour after that time, still no food. No communication from anyone, no notification there was a delay.
I understand things happen but this was embarrassing for us and a let-down for our clients. We had to pivot and take them out last minute instead.
The person I finally got through to when I called to find out what had happened was kind and helpful in canceling the order.

My family and I have been ordering from this location REGULARLY. Multiple time a month. For a few years. We love the quality and service! But idk what yall got going on today I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza and yall cut the middle out like I wouldn’t notice the pizza was visibly smaller than a medium, more like a small, you can tell in the pictures that they do NOT line up.
