So I set very low expectations as this is fast food. But the manager/leadership today needs to be re-trained or have a sit down. I mobile ordered 10 minutes prior to leaving my house at 801.
I arrived at McDonald’s did the normal check in and decided to go inside to pick up my order at 805. No one spoke to me for 10 minutes as I stood at the counter but the manager did check out some employees food as they went on break.
I watched my order number be cleared off the screen at 814. A nice older lady from the back asked if anyone had helped me and I said no. I showed her my order on my phone, she looked at the screen and went to the back. I heard someone yell shutup, then come around the corner asking me what my order was.
I told the manager she cleared it off the screen, it was literally just a drink and hotcakes. Easy order. I left the inside of McDonald’s at 825 finally getting my order. 30 minute fast food at its finest.

I got a Big Mac and a fry and I tell you I’ve never had fries that were hot as these….. In the Big Mac was made perfectly also. This store has definitely got the drive-thru down. They can take your order get you through the drive-thru quick as lightning.

I don’t have huge expectations anytime I go to McDonalds but this is next level disgusting. Ordered a QP combo and got it plain, ok, no big deal but what looks to be a half eaten piece of meat tossed between stale buns is absolutely ridiculous.
I don’t know if it’s corp or franchised but stay away. Far far away.

I placed an order through the app for a $2 breakfast biscuit. I parked in the designated spot and they brought my food out in just a couple of minutes. It was hot, fresh and was delicious (made all the more so because I was hungry and had been thinking about it since the night before).

I ordered on the app this morning. Arrived at the restaurant told them my order number and the person at the speaker was just confused and mumbling. I tried to pick up my food at the window, but I was ignored for 10 minutes while the line backed up behind me. When a bag was thrown at me, it had the wrong food in it. I was not greeted, nobody said anything to me and I had to wait for them to turn around and see that I was handing the bag back because it wasn’t my food. Then somebody shouted at me from the kitchen that they threw my food away because they don’t have breakfast anymore, but I had ordered it on the app while it was breakfast menu. I had pulled up to the speaker while it was still breakfast menu. I was made to sit ignored after their way they threw my food away. They didn’t even make my coffee. Rude!

Me and my friends went to this location at 11pm and they were so disorganized. It took the woman on drive through at least 5 minutes to input our order incorrectly at that (2 $5 meal deals and a Carmel frappe) and they upcharged us for lord knows what. Once we got the food, my bag was missing fries and when we asked the lady nicely she responded with attitude saying they weren’t on her screen. When she did end up giving us the fry she had her entire, unloved hand over the opening of the full fry bag, touching all over the food. And dropped half of them on the ground. Then they gave us the second bag and we drove off since we had already been there for way longer than expected. Once home we realized they forgot the nuggets in my friends meal. Poor service and disorganized. Would not recommend this location.

I genuinely just went up to this McDonald’s to get an order remade. The first time I went for lunch all the fries were cold and undercooked, the burgers were so old the cheese didn’t even melt……fast forward a few hours and the exact same problem has occured. Along with no salt on my fries, no salt and pepper on my burgers. They somehow did worse on the remake than they did to begin with and honestly it’s just baffles me I don’t understand why this location can’t quite get it right. At least the manager handling my remake was friendly. That’s about it .

This place was the spot to come to whenever I would come get my car washed but the last couple times ive been here they’ve been a big disappointment! Idk whats going on with fast food places but seems theyre going way downhill last couple years and they dont even care! I definitely won’t be coming to this mcdonalds anymore.
Also, they are very rude towards delivery drivers and never have orders ready when theyre supposed to!

I would give Service a negative score if I could . Ordered three five dollar meal deals not a huge order. Get home there’s only two 4 piece nugget boxes with one only having three and the other having four. Check my receipt Says three 4 piece nuggets. As I continue to look at my receipt, noticed I was up charged on every order for a medium drink that I never asked for on any order. Try calling the store multiple times nobody will answer so try calling the customer complaint number on the receipt and it sends you to a message that says this number is not active. honestly, I thought this McDonald’s was finally starting to do decent. I don’t know if it’s the summer teenage workers which it most likely is, but they obviously don’t care which is very annoying. When you work all day come home and cut your grass and just wanna get a quick dinner and you can’t get a simple three meal order right. I worked in fast food for years. It’s not that hard to get orders right if you’re paying attention to what you’re doing and not scrolling your phone and wasting peoples time and money. Oh, and almost forgot tried to make this a mobile order in the first place! The app said they stopped serving dinner at 3:49 PM? Tried calling before I even went to make sure it wasn’t just some random mistake. Did not got any answer as well as when I got home and found my order wrong and overcharged. Called multiple times but but I guess making tik tok a while you work is more important. And the icing on the cake is there was nobody in the drive-through when I pulled up to place a drive-through order since their mobile app wouldn’t work and they still got it wrong, Plus, the girl that answered the drive-through Speaker was very rude. As soon as I finished the first order, she followed up Anything else every time I added something which was only three orders.
