The Black female with dreads gets my order wrong every time . I’m a black male so it has nun to do with race but she took my order with a AirPod in so I’m guessing she got my order wrong because she couldn’t hear then she tossed the bag on the counter to me cause my food to unstack. And it was missing a waffle . Didn’t have eggs as I asked for but got unchessed grits instead . She’s making this place go down imo ♂️

Walked in at 10:15pm on a Saturday night to an empty restaurant. As I walked in with my family, a blonde female employee walked out from the back and screamed “we’re closed” in a rude and aggressive tone and stormed to the back. There was no sign on the door, door wasn’t locked, or anything else indicating they were closed. We left as quickly as we could because we felt extremely unsafe.

This is the cleanest, quick service and great food from any Waffle House I have been to. Jainay was our server and was so sweet and friendly! The food was hot and delicious. Place was packed too, staff handled all well. We now call this the Waffle House we frequent.

walked in at around 10:15 on a Saturday night, doors unlocked, lights on, and no sign stating they were closed and was met by a very rude and aggressive young female who shouted “we’re closed!” As soon as my family and I walked in the doors, she stormed to the back of the store and we left due to feeling extremely unsafe.

A to go order was placed at this location. The order asked for cheese in the grits. NO CHEESE IN THE GRITS, and to add insult to injury there was no syrup in my bag for the waffle. I tried to call to speak with the manager…EVERYTHING is done online now. WOW!!! What a horrible experience.

Today my son and I visited this location for the first time. The ambiance was Awesome. Janelle our waitress provided great customer experiences. The food was spot on. The wait time was acceptable.
