This was my first time eating inside Chick-fil-A. The atmosphere was so pleasant and made it feel like I took a step back in time. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The food was ready very fast and they brought it to our table for us. The food was great and we really enjoyed our visit. If you want fast food without the rushed pace give them a try.

We went on a icecream date becuase chicfilas ice cream is always the most creamiest and delicious, but man were we let down.
The ice cream was melting before it even made it to our car, and it tasted like milk and ice, it was in the texture of an icee. Definitely disappointed.

I don’t know have you run across a bad chick-fil-a? I’m not sure I’ve been to a Chick-fil-A that I would consider bad. They are professionally run usually staffed with very friendly and helpful people. I would say very rarely do you have issues and hardly ever get your order wrong. Chick-fil-A is just a quality chain of restaurants in my opinion. This one is no different. We were more than happy with our stop at this location.

I was asked to change lanes in drive thru?! Never happened before and there was another car in lane beside me. So I had to cross diagonally. The young lady then waited on the car that was BEHIND me! Now I’m crooked behind another car. I went from being next to third. When I called to ask why I was told to change lanes, the manager just said “Sorry, I just came on shift.” BUT, no explanation why I was asked to change lanes. I expected better of you Chic. #drivethrufail

I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! (Pictures included) I already been cleansing myself of meat and fried food but I was tired and just got off work and wanted to feed the family. I ordered a large combo (large fries and drink) for my grown sons and I got home and had a large fry box half full for both. It was literally the same amount as a medium which defeated the entire purpose of ordering a large. I called the manager and she said she’d replace the large fries. When I got there I explained to the drive through workers and gave them my name as I already been told to just pick up the fries. They gave me the third degree and basically accused me of lying as if I would waste two trips to lie about fries. The manager replaced the fries but the damage is already done. You do not get what you pay for and they don’t care about the customers anymore, its all about getting the most money from people, while giving them the bare minimum. I was really tired but I had to defend it because I’m simply tired of being charged for services I did not receive just because the store wants to increase profit by squeezing the quality out of the product.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A in Douglasville. I’ve visited multiple times, hoping for an improvement, but it’s just not working out. The Sunjoy drink was unappetizing and poorly made. During my latest breakfast visit, both the regular and cherry berry lemonades were off, and the food left my stomach feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location again.

This is completely unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed and frankly, I am furious about the way this entire situation was handled. I used 800 of my hard-earned points, which I accrued by spending a significant amount of money at your restaurants, for a reward that turned out to be a rip-off.

First, your app is misleading. The 800-point reward for a frosted coffee gives no indication whatsoever that it’s for a small size. I redeemed it assuming I’d get a standard-sized drink, but your employee, Gracie, compounded the problem by failing to ask for a size. This is a basic function of customer service, and her oversight led directly to my frustration.

Second, the response from your team was completely inadequate. When I received a tiny styrofoam cup for my 800-point reward, I was told by manager Latoya that this is just “how they come.” This is highway robbery. How can 800 points be redeemed for a measly 14oz cup when a 400-point reward gets a large soft drink? Your explanation that this is a corporate change is a cop-out. It’s your responsibility to inform customers of these deceptive changes. Latoya’s condescending attitude and unwillingness to find a solution were a complete disgrace. Her refusal to acknowledge the issue and make it right shows a stunning lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

The fact that I was treated with such a lack of respect and had my legitimate concerns dismissed is infuriating. I demand that you rectify this immediately. You need to make this right, either by restoring my points or by providing a reward that is actually worth 800 points.

I am gluten intolerant. I hate that Chick-fil-A doesn’t have many gluten-free options. In the morning, I modify my order to create my own gluten-free breakfast. Picture included. I had to unload from my car while traveling with pets to take my order back because they put a red flag on a sausage cheese biscuit.
I once had the inside of my thighs but got soup for my son in a paper bag, and it leaked. Our family has always loved Chick-fil-A, but it has been more difficult since knowing about my intolerance to gluten, and then they took away my slaw. Frustrating

This salad was disappointing. One handful of fruit. The dressing wasn’t even cold.
