I wish I could separate out my comments. The 2 star is for the Company policy which makes their take out service a priority over seating in the restaurant. We waited for almost an hour to be seated. The line was out the door. When I asked why it was taking so long with many empty tables just sitting there. I was told that the kitchen was overburdened with take out orders and the servers couldn’t put in any more orders until the kitchen got caught up. I asked if we could at least be seated while we wait and we were told no. That is just bad business all the way round!
Once we finally did get seated Karen our waitress was beyond wonderful trying to make it right for us. The food was great and the service excellent. I would rate a 5 except I don’t agree that take-out takes precedence over restaurant patrons so I rated a 2. Maybe coming @11:00 on a Saturday is a busy time. Who knows.

I live in West Boca and I love Denny’s, but this is the only location I’ll go to even if it means driving to West Palm. I typically come on the weekends for breakfast or lunch when I’m in town, and this store consistently offers the best food and service.
I had a small issue once, and the manager, Bobby, came out within seconds to address it. He handled everything in a way that was not only professional but genuinely considerate. He was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, which really stood out to me. Esp with 4 kids interrupting the entire conversation.
Overall, the service here is excellent. It almost has that old-school, mom-and-pop feel where they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this location!
