Mmmmm love the consistency of Olive Garden. Have never had a bad meal. Our waiter Oscar was great! They were very accommodating to one of us being in a wheelchair made sure to find a table she was comfortable at.

We had a late lunch/early dinner today. It wasn’t as busy as normal, which was nice. We were able to enjoy our meals in peace. Staff was great – from the hostesses in the front to our server. Friendly and helpful. The salad is always fresh and good, breadsticks were warm, my daughter loved her gnocchi soup. I ordered the stuffed chicken masala with Angel hair pasta. My kids enjoyed their food – chicken Alfredo and chicken scampi. 🙂

You always know you’re getting a good Italian fare at the Olive Garden. This time the service was impeccable. Diego, our server was outstanding. He was prompt with the food and drinks, filling our glasses with water continuously and made great suggestions. We ate the smaller portions assuggested, since we had another engagement at night. If you want to bring the family to eat good Italian food, look no further. You can’t go wrong at the Olive Garden. Great food at reasonable prices.

Our table was dirty, with crumbs all over and trash all over the floor. While our waitress was cleaning our table, we asked to move to an empty booth nearby. She told us no, because the high chair we have is not able to be sat at a booth. The high chair for our child was DISGUSTING. The high chair was also so unstable…like it could fall apart any second. The silverware was disgusting. The plates for the salad and breadsticks, disgusting. Our waitress brought us the plates and said “oh, these are dirty. Do you want new ones?” Obviously. The new plates were dirty too. The silverware was dirty. Even the napkin that the silverware came in was dirty, filled with hair. The plates our food came on had hair. Our waitress didn’t check on us. We had to call her over to give us refills on the drinks — yes, the cups were dirty too. She couldn’t even bother to take the plates we were done with. This was our first experience at this Olive Garden location and definitely our last. Go somewhere else. There’s so much more in this area.

I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious — the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the breadsticks were warm and fresh. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a family outing. During our time there, Shelby ensured we remained happy and all of our needs were met. We were offered refills on drinks, soups, salads, and breadsticks without us having to ask. Recommendations were made about the new menu items, and information was given about items we had not tried before. This type of service made dining both easy and enjoyable.
Ultimately, we want to thank Shelby for having amazing customer service. There was not a point in service where we felt ignored, unwanted, or like we were a burden. From the very positive attitude, fast service, and attention to detail, we can’t rave about Shelby enough. We chose OG for our Tuesday group lunch. We were seated right away but it was a bit of a wait before anyone addressed us. It took a while for our drinks to arrive and my cocktail didn’t arrive until our food did.
The food was fine. Our soups were hot and fresh tasting. Our individual were all well prepared and hot. The service just seemed to be a step off. The server was very pleasant maybe just a little new.

We have been to this Olive Garden loyally and consistently for many years, and most times, about 95% of the time, everything is pretty great. Only a few times were things off, but we always let it pass off understandingly as maybe just a bad day for the staff and restaurant. Tonight was the absolute worse experience ever. Like minimum effort bad. Took forever to get anything started after being seated at our table. We literally sat there forgotten for 15 to 20 minutes with no bread sticks, no drink orders taken, no acknowledgement, no nothing. I was pretty close to getting up and just leaving at one point. The restaurant didn’t even seem that overly busy. The salad plates were hot like they just came out of the dishwater. Normally those are chilled. Sort of weird eating chilled lettuce that has been warmed up on the plate. We get through our appetizers, salad, and less than fresh bread sticks, and then we are just sitting there forever again awaiting the main meals to come out. The main course meals finally come out, and for one, there were hardly any noodles in my meal, and both mine and the wife’s meals were just barely a tad warmer than room temperature. It was apparent they just sat back there in the kitchen forever. Luckily for Olive Garden, I know this place is much more capable of better service and food, but we have had a few more off experiences closer together lately where this is becoming more habitual. We didn’t even get the complimentary chocolate mints this time when we paid up. The little things do matter. Had my last three visits to this Olive Garden been my first impressions, I would have already put this place on my blacklist. I’ll probably give a few more tries, but the service and food quality needs to pick up. If I am going to pay close to $100 for a dining experience for two, I can always do much better elsewhere.

Went late on a Monday night around 830ish and it was Delicious. I was really surprised how much I enjoyed myself. I had the shrimp alfredo and they delivered; it was plentiful! Sorry pic is after I ate half of it. Also, try the Strawberry Lemoncello Margarita!
