The Harbor view is great, relaxing and the best feature of this restaurant. The second best feature is the service, our waitress was very friendly and helpful.
We had a party of five.
We ordered two appetizers; the spring roll and the smoked yellow tuna dip. Both were enjoyable.
For lunch lunch:
The Gumbo, shrimp sandwich and fried shrimp plate were good. The French fries (served as a side dish) were nothing special as they had been cooked too long, possibly the oil was not hot enough and old.
The grilled grouper was very tasty and the cucumber salad was great. The ginger rice lacked flavor and was not particularly tasty. Overall the meal should have been much tastier.

I love Harbor Docks and try to visit whenever I am in town. I would give them a solid 4.5 b/c I feel like their prices are very expensive (and keep going up) but since we can’t do half points I rounded up to 5 stars. The restaurant is huge, upstairs, downstairs, and back porches on the water. I love eating outside. Service is fast and very to the point. Fish of the day was grouper and 3 of us ordered it. My daughter had a kids grilled fish meal which was about $14 but came with a nice piece of grouper and grits. My husband had the grouper tacos and I had the grouper club. I wouldn’t call it a club since it was more of a simple sandwich, no lettuce, tomato, onion, just bacon, cheese, and slaw. The thick bacon was good but overpowered the fish-which was fried but would have been better grilled. It was also super pricey at around $32. I wouldn’t order it again but would definitely try grilled grouper next time. My other daughter got sushi and loved it. I have had the Thai food here multiple times and it is always delicious too. Highly recommend trying the key lime pie for dessert! Be sure to go to the fishing docks behind the restaurant afterwards. It’s a fun place to watch the boats and see the sunset.

Meh, with a capital Mediocre food, bland, tasteless and a rip off. Attached is a picture of the black dragon roll, at $23 per roll it came with 6 pieces and a combined 1 ounce of crab, the owners trying to pull a fast one on patrons. The shrimp was overcooked and the spring rolls were frozen from a box. The waitress had sort of a stuck up vibe when asked about the dish, all in all the place has a good view, come here for a drink, avoid the food but you’d be better off just about anywhere else but here.

Was seated and waited way too long before anyone showed up . Asked the waitress about something on the menu, was told I don’t know but would ask. Then simply asked are you ready to order? How about getting my answer first so I know what I want! Just went with the Stir Fry since I couldn’t get an answer for the seafood. What a big mistake! The cabbage was totally raw and huge chunks, I mean it wasn’t even cooked at all! The chicken, shrimp and beef had zero flavor, no seasoning at all. So thankful there was a bottle of soy sauce to at least make it taste like stir fry and not big bowl of chunky raw cabbage coleslaw. The waitress was consistent in poor performance, never came back to ask how the food was or refill our drink glasses. Took a look at other dishes being served, small over priced portions. I usually don’t judge a place by its looks, but this one was spot on as old, dark and dirty. Food matched the environment, not fit for consumption.

Had lunch at Harbor Docks and it was amazing! We love sitting outside — the waterfront views of the harbor make the whole meal even better.
Started with cocktails and the Tuna Poke Nachos — so good! Fresh diced yellowfin tuna, avocado, jalapeños, eel sauce, and crispy wonton chips, the perfect appetizer.
The Shrimp & Grits with andouille sausage, cajun cream, and smoked gouda stone-ground grits were rich and flavorful, and the catch of the day grouper was fresh and cooked perfectly.
Dessert is a must — the white bread pudding really lives up to its reputation as a local favorite. ✨
They also have a great sushi bar and even offer Pad Thai and Thai fried rice on the lunch menu, so there’s plenty of variety. We’re already planning to come back soon for dinner!

We absolutely enjoyed every single thing we got. The service from the greeter to the waiter was absolutely delightful! The food was phenomenal. I’ve never had the swordfish before, but it was amazing with each bite better than the one before. The Gouda grits… speechless! We had the Big Poppy was a show stopper!!! We enjoyed our server so much. If you ever get to go, ask for Zack!!! We can’t wait to come back! We totally recommend!!!

Amazing experience! One of the best swordfish entrees I’ve ever had. The shirts tortellini was also very good. The views outside are fantastic. The service was great, and our server offered many different suggestions. I would definitely recommend coming here. Lunch and dinner menus are different so check out the Thai lunches

By far me and my husband’s favorite place in Destin area to eat at during our trip. The sushi and the fresh fish were out of the this world. Couldn’t fault a thing. Atmosphere and service were great as well. Anticipate coming back.
