I’m reaching out to express my ongoing concerns with the accuracy of my orders from this location. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect — most recently, I ordered three bagels and received three muffins instead. In a separate instance, I ordered three chocolate chip bagels and was given some kind of cinnamon bagels.
These issues have been occurring for several months, so I decided to call the store in hopes of resolving the matter politely. i wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone for the first few calls. Unfortunately, when i did get a hold of someone, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude. I was told I was not allowed to speak with a manager and was accused of being “lazy” for not coming into the store directly.
I value good service and communication, and I hope that steps can be taken to improve both order accuracy and customer interactions moving forward.

I just wanted to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a food place. The food was so good I got the farmhouse it was so good. The employees are so nice I was having a bad morning and they totally changed my day from bad to amazing. The man in there is so happy and dancing around.

Very pleasant management. I go for The farmhouse bagels with two eggs, orange juice, and a small coffee. Best breakfast sandwiches by far of any chain. The bathrooms are clean and the coffee pots are full, can’t say anything bad about this store. It is also a favorite of my wife, she loves the salmon bagels and of course the Caribou coffee.

I went there around 8:30 in the morning and the place was not busy at all! I ordered the farmhouse egg white sandwich! They cut the sandwich in half already, which was perfect for me to share! It was a huge sandwich and very tasty and the egg cooked just right!

Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Order
I had a terrible experience with an online order from this location. I ordered two chocolate chip bagels for pickup. When I got home, I discovered they had given me two cinnamon sugar bagels instead. I immediately drove back to the store to get my correct order. After speaking with the cashier, I was told they didn’t even have chocolate chip bagels in stock. This was frustrating on its own, but what made it worse was their explanation. I asked why they didn’t contact me about the substitution, and they said they had no way to reach me and just made the incorrect bagels anyway. They offered no apology or compensation for their mistake and my wasted time. A simple call or email could have prevented this entire issue, and the lack of accountability and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. This incident occurred August 17, 2025.

This restaurant really shows that they don’t care about the customer. They forgot to put half of my order in the bag for delivery and when i opened the bagel, the egg had a blueish color which means the egg was cooked hours ago and they just decided to use it anyway. I’m never buying anything from this restaurant again.
