One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten since returning to U.S. the seafood was amazing, raw, broiled & deep-fried! We got a little of everything and left with a lot of leftovers. If you are from Baltimore, do not order the crab cakes, order everything else but that! The steak was amazing! Cooked perfectly!
Our waitress was fantastic! She was so great at answering questions!

Good Service, But a Few Misses!!The service here was great, friendly and attentive from start to finish. But I’ve got to be honest, that “Cajun gumbo” needs to come off the menu if that’s what they’re going to serve. It’s basically a tomato-based fish stew with no real plain rice — nothing close to real gumbo.

They were also out of crabs, clams, and oysters, which is disappointing for a seafood restaurant. The saving grace was the surf and turf — the lobster was delicious and cooked perfectly, and drinks were flavorful.

Overall, the service and surf & turf were solid, but a seafood restaurant without the main seafoods and a questionable gumbo leaves a bit to be desired.

To start, service was fast, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, so I’d like to say 5 stars to the staff for sure.

Then we get to the food and its kind of just normal? Nothing to write home about. Calimari was pretty standard, very light. Cole slaw was tasty, New England chowder was okay, but the clams and potatoes inside were nice and soft. The baked potato was quite good and the sour cream was very dense and creamy. The bread was okay; it’s giving… sandwich bread? A little expensive for the lobster, but it’s lobster at market price (which at the time of review, the lobster sandwiches were $32.99, yikes). A lot of the food I ended up having to add back in a lot of salt and pepper, which I guess is fine, but otherwise the food tasted rather bland. The lemon drop cheesecake, though, now that is a worthy dish that is worth every penny.

If I were to go again, I’d recommend to get something other than the lobster sandwich, perhaps something with more ingredients to really bring the taste in.

Tough review, I’ve been told to try this place by many, so I need to be ultra fair. I was a little confused walking in since this is the first time, I can remember, coming here. I was seated, kind of sloppily. My waitress had at least 7 full tables at lunch. There were 2 to 4 employees doing nothing to help, including the pictured manager. Most of the food was good, however, non-deserving of many high accolades. It was all very good but no different than most seafood restaurants I’ve been too. I had the Lobster bisque and the 5oz lazy mans lobster . Pricing was fair. My waitress was a true professional, best in my opinion afte 382 reviews. I think she could have used some assistance with the simple things like water refills and helping with the wrap up as people took some of their uneaten meals to go. I think I annoyed my waitress a little at first because the menu confused me and she was very busy.

Had seafood stuffed scrod , lobster roll , baked Scallops , steamers , crab chowder , raw oysters on the half shell…
Lobster meat was so overcooked that it was dry and sawdusty. Seafood stuffing completely ruined. The fish had a nasty taste. Steamers were fine, but they didn’t give you clam broth with it. They gave you clear water gross. The crab chowder had so much corn in it. That it tasted like corn chowder . The oysters were not even shucked off of the shell and no oyster juice left, they dumped all the juice out. That’s not how you do oysters. not worth the money, considering everything cost almost $250. Suppose to be a seafood restaurant, not even close. And I’ve been to a lot of them. I give it 2 out of 10.
Hey the water was good

Found this establishment and was excited to give it a try. We ordered Bloody Mary’s which were great. The bread delivered to the table was warm and tasty. We ordered the super surf and turf. The salad came and the balsamic dressing I ordered was ALL oil. The meal can and I ate the stuffed lobster, my husband has the steak, fries and coleslaw. The stuff lobster was tasty but was disappointed to see imitation crab meat in the stuffing. My husband enjoyed his meal. By the time we got to our car I was feeling stomach discomfort. By the time we got back to our room it was all I could do to get into bed. About an hour later I was deathly ill. Vomiting and extreme diarrhea. This lasted for about 5 hours. I will not be returning to this restaurant!

We were told about this restaurant from a local business partner for their fresh seafood. We did not expect the fun atmosphere and friendly service that we received. The hospitality was genuine and the atmosphere was warm and made us want to stay and chat awhile.

I ordered the fried seafood combination platter with clams and oysters, with the side of their clam chowder. The clam chowder made me take a step back and truly enjoy the freshness of the clams. The platter was overwhelming and amazing, truly an experience.

I will add this establishment to my list of places when I traveling. Give them a try if you’re in the mood for seafood. Let them wow you like they did for us tonight.
