Customer Service is phenomenal from start to finish. But I going to take away some points. I’ve noticed on a very consistent bases that when I order from THIS Chick Fil A in particular, they always in some way get something wrong. Usually it doesn’t bother me, but this is happening on such a consistent basis now it’s hard to ignore. Guys, if you, in this economy ,are going to raise prices AND decrease portion sizes then the least you can do is get someone’s order right. No they don’t have to be there but they are still paying for a service. I get it, people make mistakes. But this is happening every time I go there now.

A wonderful store and they were so gracious about handling an allergy I had forgotten to tell them about by remaking the food. The blonde shift and teenage boy in the drive thru tonight were wonderful and I wish I had gotten their names. Always a 10/10 experience here.

Normally I have nothing but good to say about Chick-fil-A, but I got my normal chicken noodle soup tonight here in the drive thru and when I took the first bite, it felt like Hell fed me a jalapeño. Not sure if the chicken soup is now spicy chicken soup, would love to have clarification from Chick fil A because I’ll stop getting it because tonight I wasted my money and had already drove home. I had a few bites to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and my lips have melted off my face. What happened to normal chicken noodle soup??

To start off with, they do not have mobile pickup through app. Waited for order, I reached into bag to pull a waffle fry out and it was still icy and cold. I showed the employee before leaving; she gave me a replacement. Then I get back to my hotel room, and sitting in the original bag, inside the box. Walking store to hotel room is two miles according to google maps. . I found a ear wing crawling inside box. See photos.
Edit. I have ordered here again because Chick-fil-A sent me a coupon, but seriously with fries!?!? What is up? This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. They are constantly jacking orders up. I have to rely on this store for DoorDash. I have received multiple orders of fries that look exactly like this. I have pictures to prove every order I receive the fries are half packed.
I order three fries because I have learned they won’t fill them up. Three fries normally turns into 2 and a quarter by the time it’s delivered. This place is ran like a defunct circus.

If the food was made any slower I would have unassigned the order for DoorDash. 6 minutes past pickup time and I get hit with a late delivery CAUSE I CANT deliver food that’s not ready.

I always have such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The cashier today was so friendly and kind, it honestly made my day. Every time I come here, the employees are welcoming, the service is lightning-fast, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever been to!

Went inside for a solo lunch. Food was as expected and good chikin! Service was outstanding. Drink refills were brought to my table and staff checked on me through my meal. Great. Customer service!

It is 8:30, the line is around the corner. They are obviously slammed. Every single person I interacted with down the line was incredibly warm and seemed genuinely happy to be helping. Great staff.
