Just stopped in on my way back to Pittsburgh and had one of the best Italian hoagies I’ve ever had made by one the nicest and most personable ladies I’ve ever met. The sesame topped hoagie roll was fresh and chewy on the inside with the perfect outside crunch. 10/10 would order that hoagie multiple times a week if I lived nearby.

Stopped randomly since I was in the area and they made one of the best Italian hoagies I’ve had. Fresh seeded roll (option) and perfect ratio of everything. Service was awesome and it gave you that mom and pop deli feel that you want. Also noticed they had corropolese tomato pies.

I recently tried Slicer’s Deli on my way home from Philly. I ordered my go to sandwich, an Italian hoagie. Just the right amount of meat and the roll was out of this world.
The new owner happened to be there on my second visit and she couldn’t be more friendly. I couldn’t get over how fresh the rolls and sandwich ingredients were. The staff were all so friendly. It was evident to me that the deli was a hidden gem to the community and I could see the passion in the owners eyes to try and keep the deli running as it had been.
I’ve been back at least 4 times and will continue to support this wonderful establishment.

The old owners were much better. I stopped in for the first time since the new owners took over and the food isn’t the same. The meatball sub barely had any sauce on it. After making my sandwich, the lady held the sandwich over the trash can and sprinkled what I think was Parmesan cheese on it. She did this with my son’s sandwich as well. After going there for years when the old owners had it, I’ll never go back again

First time eating here. I usually get my sandwiches at Corropolease in limerick but these are just as good and closer to my home. Lots of meat and great flavor. Employees are fantastic and very helpful. The lady at the deli gave my one year old a slice of cheese while we waited so he was happy too. Hopefully they extend their hours someday.

Would never eat anything other then their tomato pie. It has been a staple for all family events. The taste hasn’t changed over the 20+ years I have been eating their pies. They also have amazing and tasty deserts and other good foods.
