Junto was incredible!!! Absolutely loved my experience there last weekend. My friends and I ordered the following:
1. Beef Bao Buns – such a familiar taste. Soft and tasty!
2. The Rainbow Roll – a classic roll with variety of flavors.
3. Caviar Service – first time trying caviar, felt so adult like ;p
Served on a bed of raw tuna, accompanied by Japanese milk bread! Very yum.
4. Baja California Roll – my favorite item I ate that night!
5. Lychee Martini = 10/10!!!
Honorable mention cocktail was the “Harvest Moon”!!

The environment of the restaurant is super classy. Loved the overall vibe and the delicious food was the cherry on top to a great evening!

We wandered in through the bike rental, followed our stomachs to Junto, and were delighted by the unique breakfast menu. We tried the mushroom toast with chili crisp (I added an egg) and the rice bowl. Loved the flavors! Johnny served us from the bar and was great at timing things.

Make your reservation!
We went around 5 p.m. on a Saturday, and they were fully booked. I tried making a reservation online but couldn’t, so here’s what I learned:
1️⃣ Call ahead, or
2️⃣ Book your reservation in advance.
Despite the rocky start, we sat at the bar and ended up having the best experience ever. The bartender was friendly and kind — he really made our meal extra special.
We ordered the Spider Roll, Baja California, Tuna Tataki , and Forest Dragon with eel. (Sadly, I forgot to take pictures of the menu!) My favorite was the Tuna Tataki — it had a spicy, smoky flavor that was so good.
FYI: the tables by the bar are first come, first served, and you can order food there too . Each roll is about $20. It’s definitely on the fancy side, so the prices reflect that.
The sushi took a bit to come out, so just sit back, relax, and enjoy the vibe. Our night ended perfectly — the bartender surprised me with two birthday desserts : mochi ice cream and mochi churros.
It was such a lovely evening with friends.

Our experience at Junto was overall positive. We had an 8PM resy on a Monday night and were visiting town. The service and pacing was very disjointed and slow. No one took our order for about 30 minutes and then we ended up waiting for a while after eating to get dessert menus and the check as well. No one came by to ask if we wanted drink refills either.

The quality of the food was pretty great, and on par with what we were expecting. We definitely did not leave hungry! The sashimi and nigiri were fresh and delicate, the rolls were thoughtfully crafted and we had a non-seafood eater in our group and they had plenty of equally yummy options for her. The short rib and karaage were a hit with the whole table. My personal favorite bites were the Black Magic with some ginger to brighten it up. Delicious!

The pastries were really great as well. The pastry chef is quite amazing. The Hojimisu was a big hit at the table – Hojicha tea is super yum, but my personal favorite was ultimately the Mochurro. Light and fluffy on the inside and nice and crunchy on the outside. Had a perfect amount of integrity to not fall apart but still be delicate. The coconut ice cream was a really great pairing with these.

Overall, would return and recommend!

I can’t stress enough how amazing this place is. Our host and server were friendly and easy to talk to. The drinks and food EXCEEDED my expectations. Try the TRUFFLE SAKE and YELLOWTAIL CARPACCIO, wowowow. We sat at the bar, and I’d probably sit there again. Just a beautiful place, don’t hesitate to try it. If I lived in the area, I’d be there regularly.

Dinner at Junto was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, creative, and beautifully presented — from the spicy edamame and bao buns to crispy chicken, wyagu, and sushi rolls that tasted just as good as they looked. We finished with warm churros and miso caramel and spicy chocolate dipping sauces that made the perfect sweet ending.

What really set the night apart was the service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of without ever rushing us. It turned a great meal into a truly memorable evening. This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend a night out at Junto!

One of the most unforgettable experience ever! I love everything about this restaurant—the food, vibe, and customer service. I visited Junto some time in February, and I can’t stop thinking about it. (I think about it too much that I decided to make a review).

I highly recommend for every couple who wants to go on a little date night or even just a casual hang out with a friend! You can even go by yourself! ✨

Junto is a great new spot in Bontonville, good for locals and visitors alike. At my 5:30pm reservation, the restaurant was completely packed (which I took as a good sign).

The menu is large, and unless you’re a sushi expert id recommend asking the waiter to recommend some dishes. I did and the choices were wonderful!

A good cocktail menu as well.

Johnny was our bartender Saturday and waited on us Sunday morning. He is an incredible mixologist and was happy to explain the menu to us in levels beyond our comprehension. He asked us what our go-to drinks were and made some amazing recommendations. We had plans to stop by multiple restaurants and bars, but we ended up sitting at bar with Johnny for most of our first evening. 10/10 on every level. I’ll be recommending the Motto and Junto to all friends and family in Springfield as the place to stay and eat when in Bentonville.

Loni is amazing, they were very helpful and walked us through the menu. It was our first time ordering sushi so Loni helped us narrow down our choices. The food was delicious and despite not liking sushi, I enjoyed their chef special yellowtail. The valet members were also kind and helpful. We walked in at 5 on a Saturday and there were no tables available, but we were able to get a seat at the sushi bar and it was great.
