Received my food & the portions were so small. I paid close to $10 for my salad only for it to be half way. Then when I asked the associate for more they seemed to not want to help me. My whole order was around $20 with tip. Also the food was not on the pickup side I had to wait to receive my order until they finished with the customers they had in line.

I ordered 3 subway sandwiches and they got one completely wrong. I had to drive back and show my order to the individual that it was incorrect. There were four employees. The older Navajo lady employee was rude and stated, some people should stay home and cook! There was two other employees that were there, a Navajo man and a young Anglo lady. The fact you have emplouees that tell your customers that they should just stay home and cook because THEY messed your order is beyond comprehension. SUBWAY needs to work on their staff and attitude.

Couldn’t order, waiting for online orders for 8 minutes. Had conversations of what we wanted to order with employee. We should have stood at ‘place order’ area, another person got in front of us. At that point said we are leaving and mss was king a review.

Oct. 24, 2024. I stopped by at 9:20 am. The store may not be busy. The guy working is helping a costumer who was there before me. I tried to be patient. But having a 20 min conversation while making a sandwich is unacceptable. I walked out with nothing! I couldn’t wait any longer.

2nd time here and both times had horrible service. 2nd time there were 5 people working, no one was friendly, our food was bad, the bread was hard, like it was left out. For 20 bucks I would expect better service and better quality food.

Wow! I dont think I have EVER experienced customer service as good as this in Gallup. Patterson and Charmayne delivered stellar customer service that made our visit to Subway extra enjoyable. They made us feel like a mullion bucks when we walked in. Nothing we asked was beyond them or something they couldn’t do for us. They had a great attitude and I didn’t feel like I was a problem as a customer. Attention SUBWAY! You don’t want to lose those two!

Going for what we thought was going to be a good dinner. The service was terrible, when we ordered our food we had to repeat our selves at least 4 times. Then when they fid half way pay attention they didn’t get the order right. The food was barely acceptable, considering we didn’t even get what we ordered. It would probably help if the staff wasn’t wearing ear buds. Don’t think I will be going back for a long time.

I am not the biggest Subway fan and usually try to avoid it. However, I was very impressed by this particular Subway. The employees were very kind and my sandwich was as good as any I remember from Subway. It makes a difference to have such nice people, especially when you’re coming off of a long drive like we were. The friendly faces were very a welcome sight!
