This is your typical little local Wisconsin bar. The burgers were great. Love that you can watch the cook make them right in front of you. If you go they only accept cash no credit cards but there is an ATM on site.

What a gem! Taking the back roads home routed me right past this place, and it looked inviting so I stopped in. The bartenders were welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy. A good number of TV’s for sports, and the Friday fish fry was tasty. I loved everything about Hushers.

I rate the burger the best around, made right behind the bar for your viewing pleasure. During the day it’s a mom and pop operation with the owners. Rated atmosphere with a four because of the smoking allowed by owner which takes away from the excellent burger and fries. If you want to smoke, go outside. Excellent beer selection. And Friday fish fries are excellent, but get there early. Let me know when they stop smoking,so that I will return for their number one rated burger.

Friendly local dive with a big parking lot and cheap food/drinks right on hwy 38. Taco Tuesdays are a good time to go, but it gets pretty busy. Friday fish fry is great, too.

Myself and twin 12-year-old daughters stopped in here to have a burger. We agree it was the best burger we’ve had in a long long time! Too bad we’re from St Louis, or we’d be here much more often. Very nice people and the nice lady, I think her name was Debbie, who helped us did a really great job. Thank you!
