Popped-in for an afternoon scone and coffee. I’ve witnessed many Starbucks improving their levels of “hospitality”(since their decline around COVID era and new rise since leadership changed to Brian Niccol). The Lititz Starbucks afternoon crew is still lagging vs their peers in the area of “welcoming”, “kindness”, and “hospitality”. I know they can do better, but perhaps they need reminders from upper management. I can’t stand going into a Starbucks where I don’t have anyone welcome me as well as standing around waiting for someone to come to the register to take my order. As a shareholder, I am disappointed.

Today, I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this Starbucks, thanks to an absolutely wonderful lady who truly went above and beyond. Safire was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from the very beginning. I had my eye on a specific cup that I really wanted, and she not only helped me find it, but even made sure to hold it for me so I wouldn’t miss out. In thirty years I have never met such a welcoming, attentive, responsible, and just generally kinda and friendly person.
What really impressed me was how genuinely caring and responsible Safire was. She explained everything clearly, gave me the store’s information, encouraged me to call and check back if needed, and treated me like family rather than a customer. You could tell she takes real pride in her work and genuinely enjoys helping people. It is so clear that she takes pride in providing a wonderful experience for every customer, and puts her complete heart and effort into running the store!!
It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated, positive, and professional. Safire represents everything Starbucks stands for — warmth, excellence, and connection. When walking into the store, her positive energy radiated from her. She had the biggest smile of her face, and was so attentive and willing to help me when I was just browsing the selection of cups! I honestly think she has the leadership and heart to lead the staff. It is clear that the other people working looked up to her, and genuinely respected and liked her! Safire is a true gem, and this store is so lucky to have her!

I just wanted to say once again how consistently impressed I am by the team Here, I always had Matt at the window but also wanted to compliment how friendly the team is, the tall person with the pony tail and Bear tattoo on their upper arm, is always so super kind and absolutely Fabulous they’re always there with a warm greeting and Friendly Hello, They’re very kind, conversational, and Always gets my drinks right even though half the time I don’t even know what I want!?!?!?!?! ….this was the first person I had the one day Matt was off, and I thought wow, These reviews really tell a tell of great Team ethic and management So I really hope they make their way up the ladder, I just wanted to say Once again how It just seemed like every time I visited it was “Matts Window” He’s been so friendly and makes you want to return, Then, I had the fabulous tall person I’d just mentioned then, Today I had the Young lady who has the gold nose piercings, and now that they’ve both also served me a couple times (I am a solid “regular” now (Thanks Matt!!!! Lol!!!!) And had the opportunity to be served by these other two very kind insanely hard working individuals Who I always see working their tails off along with Matt, I just wanted to say how friendly and personable and absolutely fabulous these two are and (The person with the Bear tattoo is always so kind to recognize me and offered the dogs a free pup cup by the way!!!! how super kind!!!! please compliment them and give them a very sincere “Job well done” too!!!! I was so happy to leave a review that all still stands about Matt and how exceptional He is and always has been, I almost thought He would always be at the Window, so, since there’s been a couple times where He hasn’t been, I just wanted ya’ll to know I’ve really started to love making Starbucks a part of my daily routine or every other day anyway, and while Matt was always the first kind person who I complimented and wanted to leave a review about I wanted you to know that since, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting two other Team mates who Have also been incredibly kind so, while my First five stars was because of Matt, I wanted to Leave Five more for these kind individuals I’ve mentioned!!!! I just left and actually almost wanted to call in because I feel it’s so important that Real all stars in everyday life get recognized for all of their hard work and I just wanted to tell all of you in particularly the management and hopefully the regional general management gets a hold of this and Applauds Matt For always being a friendly face at the drive-through window, I remember the very first time I came to this location. I had no idea what I wanted and he was as spectacular then helping me order and every single time consistently over the last year or so I’ve been coming through since. He’s always there and always an absolute All-Star when it comes to customer service helping to ensure that everything’s right and the customer leaves happy feeling they’ve been cared for before during and after the sale, I see it all the time not just in my orders, but also the way he treats everyone else so I was really hoping that management would take an extra special moment and applaud this fine young man for all of his hard work and consistent commitment to quality customer service. I also wanted to say that with someone like this who is always so consistently spot on I genuinely hope that you’ll consider him for every opportunity or promotion. He deserves for advancement within your company because as someone who is owned several businesses myself, I see someone like this and think of how fortunate you are to have him and that I truly hope you can continue to give him a bright future with every opportunity ahead that can be afforded to someone like Matt especially when he’s such an All-Star thank you and I sincerely appreciate the management or whoever receives this passing this along and passing this up the ladder because truly exceptional employees, no matter where they are in the management food chain if they’re really good at what they do never pull the ladder up behind them and I’d love to see Matt Afforded every opportunity, he deserves to advance within your company because he’s rewarding to your customers so I sure hope you’ll be rewarding to him. I Think this location even Costs more than the one inside Target (Understandable because it’s a whole brick and mortar location) but my point is, it’s worth the extra couple of dollars when You know you’re going to be treated Kindly and have someone as Spectacular as Matt is There to Help You along if you do decide to try something different, He really is exceptional At Customer Service In this world it’s so hard to find that so instead of another review just saying “This is a Great Location” which it is, It’s Moreover because they have someone as Kind and Helpful as Matt There to Serve You!!!! Job well Done, and keep up the great work, I always look forward to coming back!!!!

This Starbucks is a very spacious, clean, and nicely laid out store. The staff is super friendly and are willing to assist you in any way. I was impressed by how quickly they made drinks while keeping the quality standard high.
The patio is a definite plus for beautiful PA days. If you are in the area, this is a good place to stop by and grab something to drink.

The overall experience is great. When I had gone in the morning, there was no line and I had gotten my drink really quickly. Starbucks has really good macchiatos, I would recommend the caramel macchiato. When I had gone through the drive-thru it was also very quick and easy, there was no one else in the drive through either. (This was around 5:30pm during the week)

This is my go to Starbucks and we usually do drive thru and it’s always good! But today we decided to eat in and I just have to say the team working this morning (9/1/22) is exceptional!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away by everyone, service was fast and it’s always clean in here! This has been our best experience at Starbucks yet!! The team working today deserves all the stars, their work ethic, enthusiasm and friendliness was top notch and kudos to pumpkin being back!!

Great friendly customer service and Starbucks quality food/drinks. This is our favorite place to visit they enjoy their drinks and warm bakery items. The store offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating.

They’re always doing their best and doing what they can. I remember their line was so backed up over the summer, one of the workers came out with a tablet to take orders to help things go faster. The people there are always kind, working hard, and doing their best. Today though, I got a sweet message on my cup today which I haven’t had in quite some time. Normally this happens at the fruitville pike Starbucks so it definitely threw me off guard and was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for always working hard, Starbucks
