Horrible service, second time they take 30 minutes for 2 8 piece combos, I use to work at a different wing stop so I know what I’m talking about, boneless takes 5 minutes and classic (bone in) take 7 minutes to cook fries another 1:30 minutes and I asked the cashier to make it to go because they took too long and I don’t want to be late to work, and I told him specifically to bag each order in different bags and he agreed so once my order was done My girlfriend told him we asked for 2 bags, this idiot gives us 2 big bags when our orders are small. they have 3 or 4 workers what are they doing to suck so bad and take forever for simple orders, it’s easy it’s not rocket science, they need better management and training, last times spending my well earned money. To top it off we bagged our own order, horrible customer service. Every more they all laugh when we walk out.

I went last night with a couple of friends, it took 4 ever for our order to be ready, then I buy a small combo to go and took more than 30 min to be ready and it was no more orders before mine, when I get home and I saw the fries they look nasty and taste the same way, my husband didn’t eat it, it was my first time there and I dont know if I’m going back

So the second time my bf went. we called and they said it will be done in 15 mins, and ended up taking them 30+ minutes. No ice in drink, and the restaurant did not have the A/C on, which made waiting worst. They didn’t announce that the order was ready, so it was just sitting there. However, today was a different and better experience so whoever was working Saturday around 8:00 pm thank you!! We Made an order online, she said it’ll be ready in 5 mins, and it was ready in five minutes! The food was warm, and tasted great! Management or whoever is in charge of turning on or fixing the AC, needs to do that for their workers, which is why I’m leaving a 3 star otherwise it’s a 4.

The employees seem to hate working there as every time I’ve gone there, they aren’t very friendly. There’s no greeting or courtesy. Specifically, last night I ordered wings with two flavors and when I got home I realized the order was wrong. I went back so they can correct my order and the response I got from the employee was unbelievable. She said, “Oh, you came back?” expressed in a rude and shocking way. Besides that comment, she didn’t even apologize for the mistake of the order. In my opinion, of course I came back because my order was wrong and I was not going to waste my money by not eating the wings I requested, but eating and enjoying the wings I ordered. The service isn’t always great every time I go to pick up an order and this was the last straw. I ain’t going back.

Wait time is about 20 mins for your order.. And even more if they have a full house. There employees are friendly but need to be more welcoming. The wings are good.. And it usually is pretty clean. That’s always a plus.
