Stopped by for a quick lunch. Was pretty busy but I was seated quickly. My server, Hayden, was great! I forgot the name of the soup & shrimp dish but the strawberry Bellini was so good, I had 2! Overall, the shrimp was good & the soup was lukewarm but flavorful.

So sad. Usually the food is amazing and the service good. Sadly this time and trip were a huge let down. Chicken was over cooked. Our waitress was very much distracted by her friends that were at the table next to us. My husband ordered a hot chocolate that never came out yet it was charged on the receipt. My husband spoke with a manager, she was very polite and respectful. Food was mediocre at best. Chicken over cooked and was so dry. My husband and our daughter ordered steamed broccoli and our waitress never brought that out either. It saddens me because this is/ was one of our favorite food places. We drove from bristol to East Windsor (50 minute drive) because the food is usually great, and the service is usually good to great. This night it was eh at best.

We love Olive Garden! We love the Mediterranean Vibe in the restaurant, the never ending salad and breadsticks are an awesome bonus to the night out. There is plenty of seating and the establishment is clean. Many different wines to select from. I recommend the Shrimp Alfredo paired with a “Matua” Sauvignon blanc $40.

Olive Garden is a Great place to go to when your with friends or family, and want to have a good, filling meal at a normal price. My personal favorite meal there is the chicken Alfredo. The food is consistent and the staff is helpful and polite. I hope my review helped

Regular customers, probably could say we go at least 1 a week or even once every 2 weeks o order takeout occasionally. Unfortunately today the service by our waiter was HORRIBLE, Usually the service is GREAT! My recent example last week I went and an older women (I think carolin) was outstanding! Today however, went ordered the soup which I always order, my boyfriend ordered shrimp scampi was not asked if he wanted soup or salad which we were charged for so if the server was going to charge it as soup and salad my boyfriend should’ve been asked, usually I order the soup and that is what the servers will charge me some have charged soup and salad so for me that is not the big issue here, I ordered just the soup and my food never came. The server did not even bring out my boyfriends food, it was another girl. I then had to wait at least 15 minutes for the server to even come back to the table to ask if everything was alright so I explained that I did not receive the soup, 10 minutes letter I received it. Then again another nice gentleman (who was also not server) came and took away my Plate offered me another one, which was very nice but again it never came out, after 20/25 min passed the server we had came around and asked if everything was good, my boyfriend explained that I had been waiting a while for soup, so he said to just wrap one up to go at that point. I work as a Sever so if anyone should understand, trust me it’s me! But like I said usually the service I’ve had in the past is OUTSTANDING! I have never had a complain such as today. & never have had such bad service as today, Hopefully it was just an off day for him..
