Save your money and go somewhere else. We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni. There was maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce on the entire pizza. It was extremely thin, dry, and overall just not good. The boneless wings were not tossed in sauce. I forgot to take a picture of those, but they put breaded sauce-less boneless wings in the container and someone just spooned some sauce on top. My biggest issue is they ask you to tip ahead of time when you pay. I guess I shouldn’t have done that because the quality was definitely not top worthy.

We live very close to Mr. Gattis and I wanted to try something different. Now I really wish I had just gone to Gattis. This pizza really lacks flavor, and I asked for lightly crispy and this pizza is just a complete doughy mess. I would love for someone at Pizza Hut to point out where I find any crispy because as far as I can tell, it’s non-existent. And man, no wonder it lacks flavor, they sure are skimpy on the toppings. These poor people at this Pizza Hut don’t even try. How sad. See ya, bye.

I just picked up my pizza from this Pizza Hut and I’m so so disappointed. It would seem there’s no consistency in franchise Pizza Huts and will not order from here again.
I ordered a large cheese-filled crust pizza with garlic Parmesan base sauce and “extra cheese” with mushrooms and beef. What I got was a soggy, leaky, garlic sauce pizza with what appears to be no cheese at all!!! I don’t even have the energy, nor should I have to, go back and request a new one. My partner and I are throwing this pizza out and don’t recommend this location. How do you forget the cheese?!
The wings is why they’re getting a 2 star instead of 1.

Terrible experience. Between the driver, staff answering calls, and the manager, you will find yourselves with missing food and little to no action to correct issues. Wish I could get the tip refunded as this team does not deserve it. The manager completely accepts multiple mistakes and places the burden on the customer to resolve or request remedies. One of the poorest customer services I’ve experienced. Staff members did not directly connect me with the manager when requested and at some point hung up on me. Once the manager got on the phone, he had nothing but excuses and lied about the status of my revised order. Avoid the headaches and disappointment. This is no Chick-fil-A.

The worst customer service I’ve had all year. I waited on hold, patiently, for 5+ minutes. When a real person picked up, I couldn’t understand what the said, so I said, “I’m sorry?”. At that point, he shouted, “WHAT do you WANT?”. I requested to order the personal pan pizzas, since they were on sale today for $2.00. He then said, “No, we’re sold out,” and then click… he hung up on me. I was a little shocked at first. I WOULD HAVE ordered something else since it was sold out, but was never given the opportunity. I was on speakerphone and my two children both were as shocked as I was trying to understand why the man on the phone wasn’t just short with us, but raised his voice and was deliberately mean. I understand the pressure of being sold out of items. I worked in retail for many years, but it’s was a disgusting experience and completely unacceptable. I hope Pizza Hut monitors calls so they can coach the employee through how to handle simple questions. We will not be back to any Pizza Huts anytime soon. Our experiences before this have always been hit or miss, which is why we choose to go to Dominos. They actually want us there.

Do not eat at this location my whole family is sick right now because of this location I really think the health department needs to inspect the employees and see what they are doing. And come surprise the employees without notice. It’s Nothing but diarrhea coming out into the toilets. Never again go to a location where you can see the cooks making your food.

Wish I could give 5 negative zero stars. I order the edge pizza the first one was soggy, doughy like it wasn’t cooked enough couldn’t pick it up topping falling off. I asked for it to be remade she said well done now hold on? I wasn’t ordering a steak or burger I’m ordering a pizza! Who eats half cooked pizza dough? Well this is what I received and the General manager said she checked it before it left the location. Well this well done more like blackened! Lil Caesar don’t even serve stuff like this

I gave them another chance, but once again, my order wasn’t ready when I arrived, despite receiving an email stating that it was. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed at the end of the night—it never was. When I called a few days later to follow up, the manager was rude and provided no confirmation beyond his word that it would be taken care of. I doubt I’ll get my money back, but this is definitely the last time I order from this location.
To make matters worse, the manager had an uncovered gash on his face while preparing food in the back.

Horrible experience! Manager is extremely rude and does not care about customers. This locations cooks your food with trash bins in the kitchen! Opted for Domino’s Pizza instead. Night and day experience.
