We had an amazing time celebrating our son’s 21st birthday here. The food was great, and the atmosphere was nice for a family celebration. Although we didn’t see our waitress very often and weren’t really greeted or welcomed when we arrived, we still enjoyed being together in our own little world at the table, and our son had a great time, which mattered most.
Overall, it was a good experience. A bit more friendly and attentive service for all guests would make it even better.

Food was great. It was hot and made the way requested. The range rattlers were amazing and could have made a meal out of just that app combo. Service was excellent and friendly. Original plan was to eat at another chain steakhouse in town but wait was over and hour and we had no wait here. And in my opinion the food, Service and value was much better here.

I really enjoyed the shrimp jalapeno popper as the appetizer my steak was perfectly cooked but potato was perfect and I liked my shrimp I should have asked for some more horseradish to add to the sauce though I like mine a little spicier.

Great food and service. I took my nephew here during his stop through Dallas as an authentic western bistro for the locale. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food delicious, and the service amazing. They even gave us a free piece of birthday cheesecake!

We had a very nice eating experience. The steaks were perfect so delicious. Our waiter Timothy made it even more pleasant with his sweet personality. He was on top of anything we needed. Just an all around great experience. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a hidden gem. Our waiter Trey was attentive and quick to get us drinks and serve us some appetizers, The service here is impressive. The food is amazing and the steaks are exactly what you would expect from a Texas steakhouse. All around 10 stars if possible.

The steak came out pink. I had asked for medium well but I went back and fixed it correctly and I was happy with it. No blood in sight I asked for a honey mustard salad, The honey, mustard with sour in the salad potato was really hard, Regardless of how much butter I put on it. Are waitress Armani was perfect sweet girl really sweet great waitress and had a good one in a long time. Beautiful smile very polite and so helpful. Also hadn’t spoken with a manager Jacquees he was a nice guy when I told him what my issues was. He made me a fresh baked potato to eat while I waited plus gave me a new baked potato to go With a state that was precooked for me to take home overall, the service was good and best of all it was not the food that made it good but the attitude behind the service that made it worthwhile a scale from one to five I would give it a four

Had an amazing dining experience at Saltgrass Steak House on W Lyndon B Johnson Fwy! The food was fantastic—I had the steak and shrimp combo with baked potato soup and Brussels sprouts, and everything was cooked to perfection.
Our server, Elizabeth, was great—super attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a nice meal.
Definitely a spot worth visiting. Highly recommend!

Nice atmosphere. The place is fun and I didn’t expect it to be great, but I have to say it surprised me. Alexa was a wonderful server, the manager Jason was very friendly. The 10oz sirloin cooked beautifully was delicious and paired with an amazing mushroom, onion cognac garnish. Wow. Brussels sprouts are the hallmark of childhood horror stories. At Saltgrass, no more!!! They are prepared with a honey sriracha glaze that’s perfect!
All this for under 35 dollars. Loved it. Will return
