Reviews
They have a variety of menu options, and I ordered a regular matcha with oat milk. Unfortunately, it had more ice than matcha, which affected the overall experience. The taste was okay, but I’ve had better matcha at other coffee shops
This is just my personal experience, and I always recommend people try a place for themselves since experiences can vary. Overall, it’s a decent coffee shop, but the matcha didn’t meet my expectations this time.
My go to is the Einspanner Latte!
So Einspanner is just German for like heavy cream. Its strong Vietnamese coffee with the thickest cream you’ve ever had. Its so good!
Marble drip is perfect if you dont like too strong of a coffee flavor. Plenty of sweet to drown out the bitter. Its a good noob drink
Download the app and take advantage of ordering early before arrival and the BOGO deals. And it motivates you to try drinks outside your normal box. So far everything has been delicious. Banana latte tastes like youre eating a banana pudding, ube was so tasty too and I learned I may like Ube flavor. Pretty cool
However, be cautious with their promos. They run promotions that can be confusing, or at least they weren’t clearly explained. I ordered drinks for myself and a friend, thinking their Lunar New Year BOGO promo would apply. I even chose to order in-store instead of through the app because I couldn’t see the discount reflected there. That may have been my misunderstanding.
I paid for both drinks and then asked for a voucher for my friend since I covered her order. That’s where the experience fell short. I was told it’s “one per order.” Had I known that, I would have simply split it into two separate transactions. Instead of finding a simple solution, the response was just “sorry.”
It wasn’t about the free drink—it was about customer service. Many great shops would have honored it or worked with the customer, especially when the request was reasonable. With so many café and boba options around, service makes a difference.
I’ll use the voucher I received and likely uninstall the app after. My family enjoys trying different tea and coffee spots, and unfortunately this experience makes it hard to return.
Their grand opening date is Saturday, May 24. Check their socials for promos and details!
Parking: Finding a spot can be difficult since there’s a small and busy parking lot. Highly recommend carpooling.
Ambiance/Environment: I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and oof they were busyyy. This is probably their smallest location. There’s limited indoor seating, and it can get stuffy inside. No outdoor seating. This location is more so a quick grab-n-go.
Service: They have a self ordering kiosk in the left corner. You can also order in person if you prefer that. Workers were quick & efficient. Throughput was under 5 minutes.
Drinks: Y’all already know I looove their drinks! They introduced their new Strawberry Milk Matcha. Not only were the layers aesthetically pleasing, but it also tasted amazing! The strawberries were fresh and blended well with the matcha. Of course, I also treated myself to my favorite coffees and refreshing teas.
