This was hands down the worst “chicken” we have ever had. I use the word chicken generously because we basically paid $50 for breaded chicken jerky. We ordered a huge thing of what was supposed to be their chicken tenders and it was legitimately 75% crunchy batter over 25% of the thinnest dried out chicken pieces. It more resembled breaded chicken jerky than chicken tenders. Their service wasn’t necessarily awful but knowing that their employees boxed up that pathetic chicken knowing darn good and well how much they charge, then sold it to us, makes it impossible to rate their service any higher than one star. We went through the drive through, so we can’t really rate the atmosphere inside but the fact that we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the product we received makes a two star score seem appropriate. We have visited the Kent location quite a few times and although we’ve always noticed it’s a bit pricey the quality was always there so it was justifiable. This was our first and only visit to the Everett location and while I can’t say that the quality of our order was due to this particular location or if it’s because the quality of their product has declined significantly, we are inclined to try the Kent location again with the hopes it’s just this location.
Overall I could not possibly recommend this location to anyone nor will we be revisiting this restaurant.

The food is delicious! The downside is that there are too few locations, and sometimes the wait can be a bit long. But if you order early enough, pickup is usually right on time.
That said, they did mess up our order this time — we asked for wings but got tenders instead, and they forgot the Popeyes sauce. Hopefully just a one-time mistake!

I ordered online and went to go pick it up at this location when I got to the drive-through a lady helped me and I asked her if the chicken could be replaced because the food was cold. She spoke to a man named Bradley, who was just an employee not a manager, and he came to the window, screaming at me telling me that he’s not gonna replace it cause he’s not wasting money dumping the chicken. I was wondering who he was yelling at and talking about money so I started looking around. I asked him to please stop yelling at me and as I was talking, he kept closing the window. I then asked him to call his manager. He yells to the top of his lungs and proceed to tell me they’re not gonna replace the food so the manager eventually comes to the window. He hears all of this commotion and just keeps looking.. anyway so he said if I can park, he’ll get the chicken redone and he’ll come and talk to me and then proceeded to wait for another 30 to 35 minutes. This guy Bradley.. was so unprofessional rude and should not be working customer service. I have been going here several years and haven’t had an issue till that night if you ever come across Bradley, beware his evil and Rude this location needs to be revent for management all the way down to the restaurant restaurant cleanliness

Best fried chicken in Washington, unfortunately. Impossible to find good fried chicken outside of fast food but this Popeyes location never misses. Super fresh and seems like they actually care about the quality of food the put out. Coming from the South I promise you ezells is not even passable as cafeteria food. A person with no taste buds can season food better than them. Anyways, anytime my family wants fried chicken we either come to Popeyes or fry our own chicken at home.

I’m never the one to care about missing items but when it’s been more than once It’s an issue not a problem. To the manager, who told me sure whatever just go to a different Popeyes location next time, Shame on you. This place is a joke. I’m sitting here waiting in the parking lot for the workers to bring out the food. We waited for 10 minutes at the drive through window after paying before they told us that we had to park and wait even longer in the parking lot. Would not recommend this place whatsoever to anyone thinking they will get fast food from a fast food restaurant.

I couldn’t eat the food, there were no gluten free options. My kids and friends love it. It was hot, quick, no mistakes on the order. Employees asked clarifying questions to ensure you were getting exactly what you wanted. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean.

I’ve now shopped at this Popeyes in Evergreen three times, and every single time, one of my items is stolen right in broad daylight. It is blatant theft, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has changed. The food is often old and leftover, and it feels like anyone who goes there is at risk of being stolen from. I do not recommend this location—beware of theft and poor hygiene!

The chicken was really dry, cold and the sides were small and they didn’t even fill the small container of sides. By far the worst. Maybe if it was fresh out of the fryer? But I’ve been there 4 times and all 4 times it’s been the same. Bad.dry. cold. Not worth the money.
