Very sad! These were supposed to be pizza puffs! There really small compared to how I got them about a month ago! Way to much garlic on them. I think it burnt my mouth from all the garlic!! The cheese bread looked good, so I’m wondering if I got someones forgot puffs! Just sad overall! And very disappointed!!

Don’t normally leave reviews but when I order and pay for extra toppings (because this location puts very little toppings to begin with) I expect to receive them. However tonight the employees did not add the extra toppings that were paid for and they refused to add any on top or give it to us on the side when we stepped inside to show them. They argued with my fiancée and said that what was on the pizza WAS extra. I’ll let you decide for yourself from the picture below. 0/5 stars for being stingy and ripping off customers.

I stop here when I can to get my boys the ICB and they always love it. But what makes it better is Bryce he always makes me laugh and has amazing customer service and will always help without hesitation. My hat is off to Bryce for always having great energy.

I’m not sure of his name but the young man working Friday July 25th around 3:30-4pm, has awesome customer service. We had a long day and were exhausted and stopped in to get pizza for the drive home and we always request it be cut with a clean cutter due to allergies so we normally have to wait. He was more than happy to accommodate the request and after waiting we were getting ready to go back inside to check if it was ready when the young man brought it out to us, we’ve stopped at this little Caesar’s before and never had that happen. It may seem small but we really appreciated that. We would’ve gone through the drive thru but we had a truck and trailer and were unable to. As another comment said pizza is pizza but the service is what made the difference.

Pizza is going to be a Pizza anywhere you go and buy it. The taste varies but the product is what it is. What makes the product better is service that comes with delivery, and that is what I find consistently GOOD here. Particularly Bryce he is top notch when it comes to customer service. Why else would I write about him and less about the pizza! I recommend that Bryce be used to train others how to treat each and every customer Right.

The Extra Most Bestest pizza was actually pretty good thanks to the extra cheese. The cheese pizza was average at best (I don’t like their dough at all). The cheese bread was probably the best thing I had. However, the highlight of my visit was the customer in Star Wars pajama pants and a Christmas sweatshirt!

Nice crew, but the place is not ready to be a location that has a walk in and a drive through also. Three people cannot operate this busy store. Seemed to do much better in an organized fashion when it was downtown area .
