Pros: Customer service was a 10/10. Everyone I interacted with was warm and nice. The Pear Drop Martini was delicious and and the Passion Fruit Sangria was good as well. Our waitress was very sweet and did a great job and giving feedback and checking in on us. Oh and the Salted Carmel Doughnuts were perfection; soft on the inside and a slight crisp on the outside.

Cons: My Brisket Hash came without the hash (potatoes). When I did get my potatoes they were cooked to a crisp (not edible at all)! The rest of the meal was great so I didn’t bother mentioning it, but wish I did. Also the presentation of the meal wasn’t all that great.

I had the best experience! It’s always a great time but the service is as exceptional this go around. I had Sebastian as my server and the service was truly superb. I had the short rib risotto and the pictures don’t do it any justice, it was DELICIOUS. My mom had Dana’s Chicken and it was really good as well. I can’t wait to bring my mom back

The Gnocchi Allá Vodka is the best pasta i’ve ever put in my mouth, not to mention to amazing wine selection and full bar they also offer. This is place is perfect for date night, family friendly, or even for a girls lunch. Our server Kurt was absolutely amazing so attentive, funny, and quick! We loved coming here and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful evening at Cooper’s Hawk! Our server, Corey, provided outstanding service — knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and with a great tableside manner that made the night even better.

We started with the crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque, which was perfectly hot and loaded with seafood. For entrées, we tried Ellie’s Chicken Piccata and the Jambalaya — both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor.

The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with the wine tasting and bar area adding to the overall charm. It’s truly a great place for any occasion — from a casual night out to a special celebration. Highly recommend!

Our private event was a huge success thanks to the wait staff’s attentiveness from helping us decorate , service and clean up. Karen, Yalber, and Salvador were all wonderful. Thank you for helping us give my daughter a memorable College Graduation Party! Also a special shoutout to Jennifer and Ernesto (management) for making sure we had all of our requests taken care of during the planning process.

We decided to do brunch here and it did not disappointment. We are monthly members with 1 free bottle monthly. There was a brunch voucher on my app so we decided to try it out. It did not disappoint! My husband and I both had the steak and eggs, 1 regular $5 mimosa and 1 $9 rock start mimosa. My husband also had a loaf of gluten free bread that he said was actually really tasty and warm. Butter was amazing as always! Service was fast and friendly. Our server, Amir (tall guy with beard, black curly hair, might be remembering his name wrong) was absolutely amazing, quick, and friendly. We made a rez so got seated right away. We did have to change the rez to a later time but it was super easy through Open Table. Pleasantly surprised and told like 2 people about it that day.

Great service from Jonathan Villegas. We were waiting for a table and he invited us to take a seat at one of the cozy booths by the bar. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed the tomato bruschetta, filet mignon, wasabi potatoes, asparagus, broccoli, and the French onion fingerling potatoes gratin. The French onion gratin was a clear stand out. Never had anything like it. For dessert we enjoyed the season chefs choice which was pistachio ice cream atop a caramel macchiato brownie. We also were able to taste their non alcoholic wine selection. All three were delicious (peach, white grape, and strawberry elderflower). We decided to take a bottle of peach and the strawberry elderflower.

As a regular at Cooper’s Hawk, I can confidently say the experience never disappoints. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, but what truly sets this location apart is the incredible energy from the team especially Sean and Gabriel. Their knowledge, personality, and genuine hospitality make every visit feel special.

I’ve been a member for over 5 years, and moments like these are exactly why I’ll keep renewing. Sean and Gabriel always treat me like family, and that nightcap they crafted was the perfect ending to an amazing evening. ✨

I am extremely livid by this experience with this restaurant. Today, I made an online curbside pickup order at 6:43pm. The order was said to be ready by 7:13pm. I arrived at the restaurant by 7:30 thinking the food will be ready by then but it was not ready at all. First of all, there was only one pick up spot and that was taken by someone who clearly was eating at the restaurant because there was no one in the car. I called the restaurant at 7:32 pm to explain that I’m here and they said the food will be ready in 15-20min. At 7:55 pm, I called again explaining that I’m here and they said they will bring out someone with the food. A man came out 5 min later asking me AGAIN what my name was. What is going on here? I’ve explained my name twice now and yet you guys are acting dumbfounded? I did not receive my food until 8:02 pm and the lady who came out gave me an attitude after I said thank you! And she only said “Mhmm”. This place was a complete waste of my money and time. The food was COLD by the time I got home. I only live in 10 minutes away from the restaurant! I paid you guys $10 tip which you guys also didn’t deserve and I’m pretty sure that’s why they were giving me an attitude. And the utensils given snapped so easily. AND the kicker is, the churrasco ( I ordered 3) was so SMALL compared to if I dined inside. Based on the pictures provided by customers and the restaurant, what I received was clearly cut in half. I’m infuriated. Just because someone order pick up does not give the restaurant the right to give such little portions. I have pictures to prove this. All of you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is supposedly a nice restaurant and it was shitty for my first time. I will be spreading this around to everyone I know. I want my money back.

UPDATE: The business responded back with an automated message that they send to everyone. You guys are frauds and no you will never see me there again. I have filed a complaint on their website too and they still have not called me back. I’ve read other reviews on google and apparently the waiters/chefs tell this lie to customers that the churrascos tend to shrink in size while cooking which is a lie. my husband cooks churrascos all the time and it NEVER shrinks 4 sizes down. We wasted $138 on less than mediocre food and service. I’ve also seen that despite customers making complaints about the same bartender/waiter multiple times, the restaurant still keeps them and the service and food is still bad. If you guys want to pretend to be some upscale restaurant in a shopping/grocery plaza of all places, then at least act like it.

Took my mother here for Mother’s Day and was pleasantly surprised. Given that I made a last minute reservation we were quickly seating in the bar area.

Alexandra was a gracious attendant and quite knowledgeable of the menu and wine pairings.
Hot delicious bread was our first offering with whipped butter. Very tasty… My only suggestion is to put some non skids on the wooden board because it is not easy to cut the bread while it slides all over.
Even though it was a busy day the food came out fairly quickly.

We had the Coopers steak and eggs, shrimp scampi, steak sandwich and a kids steak medallion with fries. The flavored lemonade was sooo good. Passion fruit was a little too tart for me but the raspberry and peach were great.

All meals were very good!!

Can’t wait to come back!!
