food was extremely bagged incorrect with nuggets in the bottom getting squished by a boxed clamshell and fries. overall sandwich was good but fries and nuggets very poor as they were cold and soggy as if it was sitting on the counter for a long time. the nuggets had no coater or warmth to them as it seems like it was just scraps thrown into a box. the sunjoy tasted very not right as i asked for regular sweet tea and lemonade and got sweet tea and diet lemonade. overall negative experience store was getting better but once again poor experience.

I have such a soft spot for this place. It, like so many other Chick-fil-A stores, is often super slammed. Nonetheless, this very well-staffed store runs smoothly and efficiently almost all of the time. The operator – Mr. Keith – runs a tight ship, but is also willing to jump in at any position needed to assist his employees with the flow of their work. I really admire this – someone who jumps in at any position to help out, even though there are always employees to manage these functions.
This store is remarkably clean, considering how busy it is. The seasonal decorations are always lovely – extravagant, even – and this location opts for fresh flowers on the tables every day, which adds such an awesome touch to the experience.
Bravo to all at this location who help hold it up as an excellent example of a well oiled Chick-fil-A store.

I ordered a salad to go for dinner and opened it when I got home. Unfortunately it was completely inedible so guess who didn’t have dinner that night? The lettuce was so old that it was wet, pink/brown, and withered. Look at the photo for reference. If you order a salad, make sure you check the lettuce on the bottom of the container before leaving.

Terrible experience. I used to visit this restaurant location because it was close to where I lived but on two separate occasions I found foreign matter in my drinks which in one case I swallowed some of it. I have called the toll-free customer service line and also the store itself and for some reason they are dragging their feet to resolve this issue. I was promised a refund and some rewards and I still have not received any of it it’s been 3 weeks now. I will never ever go to this Chick-fil-A again. If you want to swallow miscellaneous things in your drinks this is the best place to go to. I am still disgusted about the incident and anytime I think about it I begin to gag.

I tried the breakfast and was NOT disappointed. I breakfast burritos come in either chicken or sausage with eggs and hash browns rolled up in a tortilla very filling. They also have a jalapeños salsa sauce that pairs with it if your want a kick or ketchup. The biscuits with bacon egg and cheese was excellent and coffee was good .
Must try 6:30am to 9am breakfast not sold at every location. Lucky to have it.

I placed my order with Aaron, he was very courteous and welcoming. Although the lady beside him I believe she’s a manager (Shayla) needs to work on her greeting of customers, she did not look happy at all as if she didn’t want to be at work. I double checked my receipt to which everything was correct. When I got home I looked in my bag to find they gave me the wrong sauce and the wrong cheese on my sandwich. When I started to eat the “spicy” sandwich it was disgusting with no flavor or spice and was not crispy. I was also the manager of a food place before and I would never let the piece of lettuce that was on my sandwich leave the kitchen. I had to throw out the sandwich. Will never visit this location again.

i got food poisoning for this location yesterday. it was the only thing i ate yesterday and 14 hours later i was sleeping on my bathroom floor. i don’t know if it was the chicken tenders or the ranch because the ranch had a funny taste to it but i didn’t think about it at the time.

Great customer service as soon as we walked in the door. The gentleman at the register was happy to take our order and quick to suggest the grilled chicken when I asked which he recommended for the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. (For the record, he was correct, it was delicious!)
Food came out quickly, there were easy to access condiments and refills were pretty easy to get.
Parking was sufficient and they have 2 lanes for drive-thru although the right one looks like it will change to mobile-only orders in the future.

Breakfast is my go to at this franchise but this location did not have a fresh meal. I’m not sure exactly what the issue was but I think the bread in the mini chicken sliders was off. I couldn’t even eat all 4 of them. Tasted sorta stale or something. Very upset with this experience, so I will not return to this location on rt. 4

Wow didnt take long for this place to dive. Go for breakfast at 8 AM opens at 6:30. Worker tells me muffins frozen no muffins. I ask for bisquit. No bisquits. So I leave. Go back at 9:30 AM place order. Girl states no muffins ran out. How the hell does chick fil a run out of muffins. Order bisquits and drink. Wait on drive thru forever. Get order and leave. Open meal and no drink. How hard is this?This is not the first time this place failed
