We’ve been ordering from this chipotle for a couple of years now with a 50/50 success rate. Mostly because of them just flat out messing up the order. I’ve been patient and as understanding as I can…This time did it for me. Completely burnt quesadilla and they tried to hide it by sandwiching the burnt sides together.

Unfortunately we have to give a thumbs down rating! We came here at the end of last summer & the staff, food, & restrooms, etc. were great! Today we came in excited to get a yummy veggie bowl & maybe they just got a slow time, after a rush, but they were out of grilled veggies, Berry lemonade, cheese & toilet paper…

We were given 3 free drinks by one guy employee who didn’t make much eye contact or say much, but we did appreciate his effort. One of the lady staff was very apologetic & went out of her way to make lemonade & refill the toilet paper, etc. after being put down for a burrito fold/roll gone wrong!

We appreciated her very much & give her 5 stars! The other staff were unprofessional & not very kind to other staff members or customers & after we were told it would be 5 minutes for grilled veggies another staff wagged his finger no in dismay to our serving staff, as though they just didn’t want to cook more at that moment! When another customer came in they only said they were out of cheese!

The service needs some major mentorship & help at this location! Thank you to the staff who was kind & professional! Your actions will attract much kindness in return!

Love Chipotle generally speaking but this location is kinda the pits. Not finding out ‘til you’ve already begun ordering they’re out of most things – brown rice, veggies, cheese and pico – not great. Asking for substitutions and being told no – this doesn’t make sense. Icing: the manager/lead on duty seemed completely unbothered when multiple customers expressed their disappointment. Definitely scratching this Chipotle location off my list

I really want to leave a good review. This is not the same Chipotle from 3 years ago. I don’t know if it’s corporate policies or this location in particular, but when I pay $20 for food I at least expect my salad bowl to be filled to the top. They skimp the sides. Skimp the meat. Skimp the avocado you pay extra for. They even skimp the dang LETTUCE. lettuce costs next to nothing, y’all. And oh man do they give you as little as possible if you order take out or drive through.

I used to be able to get around the issue by ordering in and just getting “To-go”. Now it doesn’t matter. Double meat? Doesn’t matter. It’s two tablespoons of meat, double or not, sadly sitting on a measly pile of lettuce (not to mention they’ll just be “out” of meat, so I cant get more anyway). The ONLY thing they can’t skimp on this the protein bowl, cause it’s literally just a pre sized bowl filled with chicken. Chipotle used to be one of the only places I could eat out, but I’m so tired of having to fight to have a normal portion size that matches the price I pay for it. This used to be my go-to pregnancy stop. I’m an unhappy preggo mama that’s hungry an hour after my meal on every occasion (and I’ve gone at least 5 times in the last 2 months). This location is awful and I will not be going back.

Don’t expect any customer service if you have an issue with an order through their app. The restaurant manager will tell you there’s nothing he can do and will send you to the website, which has a link to contact them for help, which gives you a 404 error. They do everything they can to avoid helping you and keep you in a frustrating loop. Thank goodness the food I paid for and never received was only 9 bucks and change.

I am writing to formally report a deeply concerning experience I recently had at one of your locations. What I witnessed during this visit left me questioning the professionalism, leadership, and basic operational standards of the restaurant. After noticing several issues, I asked a crew member who the manager on duty was, and they identified Aubrey. What I personally observed from that point forward was extremely alarming.

From my perspective, I saw Aubrey engage in behavior that appeared blatantly unsanitary. It looked as though she picked up a piece of chicken with her bare hand, took a bite directly from it, and then placed what remained back into the pan being used for customers. Even if there was some kind of explanation behind this, the appearance alone was shocking and made me seriously question the food-handling practices at this location. No customer should ever have to witness something that even resembles contamination of the food being served.

Unfortunately, this was not the only troubling issue. Throughout my visit, Aubrey was loudly roughhousing and joking with another crew member. The volume, tone, and content of their conversation came across as highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a workplace—especially one where customers are trying to eat. Instead of demonstrating leadership, it felt like she was actively contributing to an environment of chaos and immaturity. The restaurant atmosphere seemed completely unsupervised, and it reflected poorly on the standards I believe Chipotle aims to uphold.

I left the restaurant feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and frankly disturbed that this type of conduct was coming from the manager on duty—someone who is supposed to set the example for the rest of the staff. I have always trusted Chipotle to maintain high expectations when it comes to cleanliness, food safety, and professionalism, but this experience made me question whether those values are being enforced at this location.

I strongly urge corporate to investigate this situation thoroughly. Customers should never be put in a position where they feel uncertain about the safety of their food or the competence of the staff preparing it. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, because the behavior I witnessed was far outside the realm of acceptable conduct in any professional restaurant environment.

We ordered delivery and our burritos (3 of them) we absolutely tiny. They put half portions of everything except the meat. This is not the first time this has happened but it was the worst. Try making the food like we are standing in front of you like in the restaurant. I am confused on the standard, I never ask for extra anything except for salsa. Not ordering delivery from them again.

Garret, the manager of the Newberg Chipotle and his staff, are hands down the BEST! I work closely with a few of the Newberg High School Sports teams and reached out to Chipotle to see if they would be willing to sponsor a team dinner. The staff had their Manager Garret reach out to me, he was so willing and eager to help. He sat down with me and walked me through a catering order to suite the number of players we needed to feed and made sure the order had all the yummy food items they would want. He made the process so easy and seamless. He also helped sponsor part of the meal which helped out tremendously. Everything was packaged in nice containers and came with serving spoons, silverware, napkins, and bowls. They even wrote a note on the box for our players. Chipotle was a huge hit and one of the teams favorite dinners we did this season. Thank you to Newberg Chipotle, Garret and his staff for making this team dinner one to remember. We appreciate you and what you are doing for the community.

I do believe the woman that was working the window went by the name of Pepper. Thank you for being so kind and friendly! I’ve never used the Chipotle App nor have I used the drive thru before. This is my second time coming to this location and I’m very happy with my experience so far. Exactly what I ordered and the food was great. Thank you!!

My only issue is that the price is so high. Almost $25 a person once you add things like double meat or guacamole. The service is great, food Quality is great . It comes down to the price for me.
