Your store does not answer the phone at all. All it is is a dialtone. I didn’t get no answer no callbacks nothing no voicemail.
I got a sandwich from them recently tonight at 8:15 PM on March 6 of 2026 I ordered on DoorDash and I asked for extra cheese and nothing else but the cheese, and instead of putting the cheese on my cheeseburger, they put most of it and melted it to my box and the burner is hanging halfway off of my burger buns

This is the second time ive ordered from this place specifically. And you guys are the only mcdonalds that consistently mess up my order. Its so annoying to make it home only to realize 1 or 2 items are missing :/ I dont think ill be returning to this location.

McDonald’s – Belton, Missouri (I-49 Location) – 4/5 Stars
This McDonald’s is a solid, reliable stop—especially if you’re traveling through the Belton area. The restaurant is generally very clean, and the play place makes it a great choice for families with kids. It’s a larger location with plenty of seating, and access from I-49 is quick and convenient.
Service today was quick, which matches my usual experience here. They’re pretty efficient with getting orders out.
That said, my biggest gripe—and it’s been consistent—is that they don’t offer ketchup unless you specifically ask for it. It seems like such a small thing, but when you’re on a short lunch break or trying to eat on the go, it’s annoying to realize you’re missing it and then have to go back and wait again—especially since there’s often no one immediately at the front counter anymore.
Overall, it’s a good location, but that ketchup issue keeps it from being a full five stars.

A bone in a Filet-O-Fish broke my tooth. See below. McDonalds has done nothing.
Edit: McDonalds commented below and referred me back to the same feedback link that I have already used 3 times without any meaningful assistance.
Edit: I called 1-800-BIG-MACS they are looking into it.
I am not going away.
Update: McDonalds has done nothing. They haven’t even offered to replace the sandwich.

$3 for what? Like 2 pieces of shredded cheese on the wrap.
The cheeseburger is room temperature as you can see by the unmelted cheese and my fries are stale.

I placed an online order for pickup, drove to the window, gave them the order code drove around, after waiting for a couple minutes at the second window they asked to pull forward, after waiting for 15 minutes they finally brought my food out with no ketchup and no sauce. After walking in the were yelling about where is somebody they handed me a bag with ketchup and sauce with no words spoken, no sorry about that, no here you go, just an outreached arm like I was an inconvenience because they forgot to read the ticket.

It’s McDonald’s so service is one star because you have to put in your own order and pay at the machine. So no staff interaction till they call your number and give you your cold fries and disappointing hamburger

Workers don’t understand what you’re saying when ordering through the drive through. Had to repeat my code 4 times because the woman couldn’t understand English.
Also, ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and it came with less than a regular does. The excuse was “we ran out but if you wait 5 minutes we will change the bag and get you more”. How about you change it now because you have an order that needs it? You’ll be better off going to another location.

I came up to make an order. I got my food but I didn’t get everything. I went back up to McDonald’s and Jerry hooked me up with fresh food and the item I didn’t receive the first time.

I arrived to order inside and a little old man was waiting around to place and order. He didn’t know how to use the machines and all of the employees were completely ignoring him. I went over and got someone to help him. Meanwhile I was waiting on my own order and they are bumping their vulgar music loud enough for the entire restaurant with kids to hear. I’m not sure if their regular speakers aren’t working, but as a place with a kids play area this isn’t the kind of music for kids to be listening to. I’ve been waiting for awhile for the food as I’m writing this, but they definitely don’t care about the customers inside and take care of the drive thru first. The place is dirty and gross. I won’t be coming back.
