I very rarely give restaurants five stars, much less chain restaurants, but the manager/kitchen manager of this Outback runs a tight ship. We’ve been here multiple times now and I’ve never had an issue with our order, our waiters have been attentive and friendly, but the clincher is their cook staff. I cannot overstate how many issues I’ve had with Outbacks before with steak cuts and cook times, but the attached photos show the care THIS Outback put into their process. I ordered a medium-rare and medium steak for me and my son and they came out perfect. This is not the first time either; they are consistently good. And anyone who’s been to an Outback knows their prices, so you’re getting this quality with Outback pricing. Manager/owner: if you read this, give your cooks a raise.

the steak was way undercooked , honestly the food isn’t even worth the price. all of our steaks were undercooked. but service was good , the host didn’t look to be having the best night either by the way we were greeted.

Ok, I am in SPARTANBURG visiting my family, and we decided to go to Outback for dinner … now keep in mind it has been a while …. so before you come at my family/me … hear me out !!! The service was great!!! our waitress did her thing very professional… the atmosphere was good, not too busy, just right for a 5/ 6 dinner. we got nice sitting.. I gave the food a 2 star. I was very disappointed what i saw on the MENU for what I got on my plate .. now before you come at me I know that pictures a hyped up so please tell me did I get my monies worth after going off the MENU …??? As for my food itself it was good but having the disappointment on what my plate look like gave me,a bad taste in my mouth this did not come close.. for the price!!!!

We had the absolute best server- this young lady was so extremely attentive, and I could not believe how kind she was to my family, and especially to my children. She was patient and just extremely attentive. Please make sure to acknowledge her because she is simply amazing. Her name is Janay Session. I will definitely be coming back and I will ask for her! I haven’t eaten at Outback in several years. The sirloin and Alice Springs Chicken were excellent. I was especially impressed with the flavor and juiciness of the sirloin. It’s worth going back if you’re like me and haven’t visited Outback in a while.

It is Valentine’s Day. It was super packed with online orders, patrons eating in and Door Dash orders. The staff was kind despite impatient customers. They could invest in an ordering system that tracked orders a little more efficiently to keep up but again they are probably experiencing higher volume because of the day. Just want to leave this review to give props to the Outback Team.
