Location wise, easy to get into and out of, though Friday evenings is quite a busy are, though not unexpected. Parking wasn’t too bad for ya for this trip.
Food was good, they have some good specials, sadly I couldn’t eat them all on my ones night here. Good selection of beverages and none alcoholic drinks as well.
I had no problems with service, lighting was good enough to be able to read the menu without any problems. Sat in the bar area, atmosphere was somewhat loud, but not distracting and was able to hold conversations well enough.

This place is my go to restaurant! One of the best places to eat and drink in St. Charles! The cocktails are creative and different. Always ask what is available off menu for food and drinks. Love sitting at the bar myself. Since I am one person, but great to have a bigger party or multiple people to have in multiple areas with private seating available if needed. Service is always top notch and the food is the best! Chef’s kiss. There is something on the menu for everyone to enjoy. Please check it out if in the area.

The Prasino Salad was perfect before the new after inflation Market one. Bring back the candied pecans because the sunflower seeds cheapen it so much it’s topped with a packet from the gas station and it had barely any goat cheese on it. Before it was more greener greens on there as well. The skillet was delicious. Pork. So loud in here, as loud as a club or sports bar and I’m only here for brunch. Burgers, wings and nachos are always good.

I will say it does take a bit to be greeted by your server if they are busy – a great place to hangout and catch up with a long lost friend! I noticed tons of specialized drinks constantly being brought out by our server to other guests which could definitely be a huge factor in higher ticket times or even greeting times. Had a great experience, food was great and hot! Loved my first experience here. Will be back!

Kelly was our server for lunch today and she knocked it out of the park! Prasino is at the streets of St. Charles. Nice place to meet family and friends for a good meal. I liked my hanger steak salad. It was delicious and filling. The salmon was the real star of the show. It was cooked perfectly nutty and crunchy on top. Prasino is a good choice for something a little different and delicious.
