Whisky Kitchen in Raleigh was an awesome find. The atmosphere is warm and lively, the service is on point, and the food delivered way beyond expectations. The cocktails were creative and well done, and the whiskey selection is incredible. Everything we ordered had great flavor and was plated beautifully. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re anywhere near downtown Raleigh.

We stopped for a relatively quick meal before a Saturday night performance on a nice fall evening. We opted for outdoor seating, proving very comfortable with the multiple propane heaters.

The boiled peanuts were a nice appetizer, and we both liked our bourbon specialty drinks.

I enjoyed my burger and collard greens. My wife had the fried chicken sandwich and fries—perfectly cooked but over salty for our tastes.

The main server was not overly attendant, but the rest of the staff was great.

After coming from the abomination place called: Wonderland, we ended up here which is a place we wanted to go all along! The food was absolutely exquisite. Every single bite was mouthwatering. The drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. Our waiter was super friendly. I thought his name was Seth, but they all kept making fun of me and nobody corrected me so whoever is out there that I thought was called Seth: you are a great waiter!

Whiskey Kitchen is a great spot if you’re looking for drinks and a nice atmosphere. The place itself is really pretty, with a cool vibe that makes it perfect for meeting up with friends or having a relaxed night out. The drink selection is definitely the highlight — lots of options and really well made.

The food is average, nothing bad but nothing that really stands out either. Still, the overall experience is good enough to make it worth the visit. I’d definitely come back for the drinks and the ambiance!

You HAVE to try this place!!! Incredible selection of whiskies (including rare finds). The Lamb burger was exceptional, and the fries with smoked Ketchup were amazing. Best find in Raleigh, thus far. Even my wife (who doesn’t drink bourbon) enjoyed her “S’more Of What?” Cocktail.

I really like this place. The atmosphere was nice and beautiful. I’m a plant person so I loved the plants theme. The service was great. Everyone was very attentive and spoke to you, friendly and made sure you were okay and being helped. The food was great. I got the grain bowl, flavor was so good and amazing and the farm cheese was good, we got the hibiscus drink called the “botanisc” ! That drink is straight fire. I highly recommend this place.

Upscale American fare with great drinks. The Whiskey Kitchen does everything well and is a treat to dine at on a summer evening. Great spot for dates, even better for impressing family. They make the only grits my mom will eat and demand seconds for. For the rest of us, the BBQ platter is the go to option. Ashe & Co Burger is also a strong option with great fries or collard greens for sides options.

Every time I come back to this place, it’s great. Incredible work.

I’ve been here several times for a drink and appetizers but had a full dinner last night. The fromage app was incredible. Burgers and chicken sandwich fantastic. Service was great and the outdoor seating was perfect for a sunny afternoon meal.
