Can be a bit slow if they get busy but it’s nice to be able to fully customize your pizza. We usually ask for “well done” in the oven which gets the crust and top just how we like it. Also you can do half and half pizzas ie half Hawaiian half pepperoni.

From the moment we walked in until we finished our meal, the ladies working were outstanding, pleasant, attentive, and accommodating in a way you don’t usually even see at sit-down restaurants. With the level of service they provide, tips at the register don’t cut it… these ladies deserve a raise!!

The Pizzas and Salad we had were amazing! One of the best pizzas I had in the US.
I love the unlimited toppings without extra charge!
They also carry a wide variety of toppings to choose from.
The staff was very friendly, but sadly absolutely behind on the orders, because there was not enough staff for how many orderes were made.
We ended up waiting 20 or so minutes longer than the estimate, which we had gotten after ordering online.
The food was definitely still worth the wait, but I hope, that this staff shortage isn’t the usual.
We’ll be back!

Made On Demand is what MOD stands for in this shop. They have a variety of toppings for pizzas and salads. Hot oven, pizzas come out quick.
I asked for a bunch of toppings and realized I went too far. The base is good, but the cheese on top doesn’t get caramelized so well. Cheese is melted and hot, but just only. All the ingredients had a good flavor.
Staff was helpful, cheerful, and, at times, funny.
The dining room is well decorated, chairs are 40-minute comfortable and the ceilings are high.
I would go again if a friend wanted to go, but I probably won’t go by myself again.

Since I found out Mod Pizza was in Virginia I made it my mission to go and today was the day. I’ll be back for more pizza. I’d put in an application but I already have 2 jobs. Plus my mom said I’d get fatter if I worked there. Thank you.

I was really looking forward to my pizza after getting off work today. I ordered a spicy chicken sausage pizza and found pieces of bacon on it, which I do not eat. I requested a refund and received one, but no apology was offered. I was disappointed by both the cross-contamination and the lack of customer service acknowledgment. I hope more care is taken with dietary preferences in the future. As someone who has worked at another MOD Pizza location, I know how important it is to be mindful of dietary restrictions, which made this especially disappointing.

Good pizza. Great prices. Great service. Clean and nice place. We ordered salad pizza: Italian salad with Chicken and artichoke on gluten free (friendly) crust and a Dominic on mega dough pizza. One price per pizza with 30 toppings to choose from. Servers were very attentive and really focus on the oven turning pizza yet still serving customers at the same time. Place were clean. I recommend this branch. So much better than the one on Battlefield Boulevard.

This is probably the worst MOD pizza location in the area. The pizza here has been consistently mediocre, compared to the Chesapeake location. Staff seems to always be confused and frazzled, and the customer service is on E. For the price, y’all need to get it together!

1st time ever eating here, and I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. What’s better than pizza? Pizza, you have control over lol it’s literally like Subway but for Pizza. My wife and I stopped here one day for lunch, and we figured we’d try something different. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered to personal pizzas made how we like and loved it. Surprisingly the crust is great as well as the toppings. We can’t wait until we go back. Highly reccomended.

This location is the worst mod pizza I’ve ever ate at. Drink machine is always down and the workers are super unpleasant. They are quiet and don’t smile. Didn’t mix our salad. They acted like we were a bother. Super uncomfortable. We won’t be coming here again.
