From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere at Outback on Nicholasville Road was warm and inviting. Our server was attentive without being overbearing—friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely welcoming.
We ordered steaks cooked exactly as requested; mine was juicy, flavorful, and had that classic Outback seasoning that hits just right. The side dishes complemented the entree perfectly; the potatoes were creamy and well-seasoned, and the veggies fresh.
Every course was delivered in a timely manner—not rushed, but we never felt like we were waiting too long. Our waitress checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was going well.
The value was great, especially considering portion size, quality, and service. It felt like a treat without breaking the bank.
Overall, a delightful dining experience from start to finish—I’d absolutely come back for another hearty, satisfying meal (and I highly recommend it to friends)

Really fallen off over time. Paid $80 for two drinks with no alcohol, pasta with steak and shrimp, and a burger. Overall food quality just wasn’t there, under seasoned and overcooked. Steak was micro and tough with a bone bit in it. Presentation size was just super small too. Fell off from a great spot to eat.

This is a good place to eat. It’s attached to the mall but you have to go outside to get in so no mall noise or traffic really. I got the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly with an awesome amount of seasoning that just makes your taste buds dance. I also got steamed broccoli and baked sweet potato which were good I think they get overlooked because people think it’s a cheap gimmick but not over priced and cooked and seasoned steak to perfection is where I want to go. Well Done Outback Steak House Well Done Mate. No pics on this one it didn’t stand a chance lol.

I travel all over the country for work and I sometimes crave consistency. This Outback did not disappoint. The steak was delicious and cooked to my specifications. The drink tasted great and wasn’t weak. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and my waitress was top-notch. If I’m ever back in Lexington, I will definitely eat here again.

Firstly the host was amazing and even though they were super busy, she was friendly and welcoming to everybody that came in. Our server when we sat down was also really sweet and attentive (despite being rushed off her feet).
The food though was quite poor. Presentation has never been great in Outback (in my opinion), but portions weren’t great and everything just looked “thrown on the plate”. The Blooming Onion (which I forgot to photo) was tiny (half the size it should have been) but still the same price.
Not my first disappointing rodeo with Outback and I’m kinda done now as I think the quality and presentation is some way off it’s competitors. I could cope with that if it was cheaper……but it isn’t. Oh well.

Great experience!! Really clean location. New everything. Service was sort of slow and they forgot to bring our appetizer out until after we had finished our meals. However, because they forgot they gave it to us on the house without us even having to ask! Food was tasty though and well done. Prices were standard – for the chicken sandwich it was $14 and then unlimited soup and salad was $8.99 before 4pm on weekdays.
Weird note: the paper towel holder in the bathroom was about 5’6” off the ground (at my head). Very interesting.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I have ordered from! I ordered through door dash and my order was hot, fresh and delicious! My order included The Bloomin Burger with fries and a strawberry kiwi lemonade. My burger was cooked to perfection and was topped with melted cheese and delicious blooming onions. The strawberry kiwi lemonade tasted like fresh made lemonade with fresh sliced strawberries. My husband ordered the steak and lobster and my baby had the grilled cheese with fries. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

They kept messing up on 19 oz bone in steak. The server and manager were very nice. They explained they had new meat service supplying store and unfortunately steaks came preseasoned with spices. The issue was the steak was so spicy that you couldn’t taste the meat at all.
