I come often always been my favorite restaurant, so me and my 2 children came for my bday dec 24th and I asked can they sing happy birthday they did not so was upset and we sat for a while before I asked for a manager for help. The price got so high I paid a lot but always enjoy. ♥️ Still my favorite restaurant just had a bad experience.

Me and My Family came for my granddaughter 8th Birthday celebration,Our Server was Maggie and she was Excellent we didn’t have to ask her to bring this or that Maggie was on her job and she did an Amazing Job serving our table for my granddaughter Birthday. That made me smile because we had someone working our table that Cared about her Job We have visited Olive Garden so many times and I will say Maggie is the Best Server I’ve had. The food was delicious and the steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Service was really slow though. But it was my son’s birthday and his favorite restaurant so we didn’t mind the wait. Free cake and Birthday song from staff!

We met here for my dad and second son’s birthday lunch. We were seated as a party of 8 right before the lunch rush started. Our server, Kaleb, was absolutely amazing. Very attentive but not intrusive and fielded every request promptly and pleasantly. When we ordered and expressed that my mother had a shellfish allergy, the manager came over to double check and informed us that she would ensure that the kitchen took all the necessary steps to minimize any risk of cross contamination. The food came out very quickly, was very good, and we had a great time. This location was very impressive and we will definitely keep it as an option for family outings in the area.

We did end up going on a Saturday afternoon and because of that it was super busy! Also, this location isn’t too far from the civic center and they had an event plus other numerous events going on in the area which caused all of the eateries to have extremely long wait times. Now, while we were told an hour, this was the third restaurant we had been to and this was also the one with the shortest wait time. Once we were seated, we had a small wait and were able to put in both drink and food orders. We did have to ask for salad and breadsticks but after some time we’re informed it would be a while, they both came about 5 minutes before the food came out. Our server was okay, she was a little short with two people in our group and later came back to apologize on her own. The food was good and fresh as we expected due to the wait but overall everything was good.

Donna was our server and she was fabulous! She made sure we had water and checked on us to see if we needed anything regularly but not too often. She had a friendly smile. The food was also excellent. We had soup and salad and everything was just the way it needed to be.

HORRIBLE best describes this Olive Garden. When we arrived, the manager on duty seated us. Then after 10 minutes and no one even took our drink order, I went back to the front desk and I asked him if someone will ever wait on us or do we need to leave. He responded with, where are you sitting, I told him that we are sitting exactly where you sat us at. He then said someone will be with us in a minute. He was correct someone finally came and took our drink order. She was apologetic and offered us a free appetizer or a free dessert and we declined both. These companies think they can just give you something in return of their incompetence. This is bad enough, our silverware also had dried food particles on it. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The wait was not bad and the service was excellent but we came to eat and ended up eating a salad only. The chicken was delivered cold and the salmon was barely cooked. Granted we did not have to pay for the meal but we left hungry. Horrible atmosphere which can easily be overlooked had we been well fed. This is not one of the olive gardens that we would ever revisit in this lifetime ! Burger King would have been by far a better option.

Today, my mom and I ate here, and once again, the food was great. I had the chicken gnocchi soup and the spaghetti and meatballs w meat sauce. The server was great. I was finished with the soup by the time I remembered to take a picture of it. I did get the spaghetti & and meatballs, though.
