This is my preferred location. What a deal tonight for a large, any number of toppings for $9.99. They did a great job making my thin crust pizza loaded with veggies & 2 meats. Staff does a great job. Thanks Papa John’s for the great deal!

This location should be ashamed of themselves. I’m seeing a reoccurring theme taking place at this location. I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and it took over an hour for the food to arrive to my location. Come to find out they brought the wrong order. They did not remake our food and just brought our old cold food to us after they retrieved the correct order. I called and asked what was going on and how frustrating this is. The manager just goes it happens and everybody is waiting long times for pizza. I would not bother ordering here until better training practices or management is running this location. Terrible customer service who acted like it’s acceptable to have over an hour wait time and errors made.

This thing was supposed to be original large specialty Supreme with only pepperoni for meat and extra cheese that we paid extra for. With 18 wings well done. So they made the pizza well not the wings, had only 8 or 9 pieces of pepperoni and hardly any other toppings. For $40 flipping dollars! No, just no. Worst pizza I’ve ever seen a Papa John’s try to serve.

Last night for my birthday I had eight people over and I decided to order multiple pizzas and breadsticks and after 1 hour and 10 minutes had passed the delivery driver finally pulled up and she got out of her vehicle not dressed in her work attire but instead had a nasty shirt on and biking shorts, she hands me two pizzas and one order of breadsticks and I tell her that’s not the entire order and she says ” oh looks like I forgot the other half of the order” I then tell her it’s already been over an hour that we’ve been waiting since the pizzas have been made and I don’t see why it took 1 hour to deliver to us when we live 6 minutes away from that Papa John’s location she of course did not have an answer for me so I asked to speak to her manager maybe I could get some answers from him but instead the manager who says his name is “kilo” was very rude and acted like it was my fault that it took them over an hour to deliver $80 worth of food. Needless to say I will never order from them again because in the past they’ve made minor mistakes here and there and I’ve looked past it but at some point they need to get their act together and have a lot higher standards and how they treat and deal with their customers. Besides me seven other people were disappointed and since the pizzas were cold we told the delivery driver that we don’t want the pizzas anymore so we went and picked up pizzas from one of their competitors and after they heard the story they were more than pleased to help us out unlike Papa John’s their competitor Domino’s came through and save the night.

Ordered half pepperoni, half jalapeños & onions estimated delivery 30-40 mins. It took over an hour to get here. Pizza was barely warm and was not made correctly. TONS of sauce, not very much cheese, hardly any pepperoni and it was missing jalapeños. Would have been fine if the pizza at least tasted good but it did not. This store always messes up our orders.

Everytime I place an online carryout order and walk in to pick it up it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to come over and check for my order and hand it to me which should take 20 seconds. There’s always an employee in the lobby folding boxes too but apparently they can’t just hand me my order that’s already paid for.

I hardly do reviews but people need to be aware. 3rd time I order from this location in a month and they say the food is ready and all three times I had to wait an additional 15 minutes from the time given.
The website also gives you the option to have the food be brought to your vehicle and all three times. I had to go inside because i’d call and ask and they’d say it’s ready and to pick it up. Don’t provide an option that you cannot Fulfill. The last two visits, the wings did not have enough sauce. I will say the pizza has always been made as ordered.

Out of towners placed an order for delivery with assistance manager, Kilo. Was quoted 40 mins for delivery, recd a call from the confused delivery driver 1 hour 15 mins later to be told he would be delivering in a few minutes to learn that 1 hour 50 mins later the order was delivered but not sure to who. We never recd it, 3 phone calls to asst mgr we were told we would not be charged twice but did not want to make it right. Would have to wait another 40 mins. Not professional..do not recommend!
