The server we had was an older lady compared to all the other server but anyways right off the bat she seemed unhappy to have us at her table. She definitely payed more attention on the other tables she had. Food was ice cold, someone else brought our food out and when she came back to our table she was surprised to see we had our food which was ice cold! When the average plate of food is $20 a plate you expect your food will be warm even if the service is bad. She never came back to our table so we had to pay the manger for our bill. The manger was great!

Alright, I love this Texas Roadhouse. I really do. The main ordeal is that me and my friend came around on a Monday night for dinner and everything was going good until the main course came around. I ordered a 11oz sirloin medium rare and my friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium rare. My Steak was pretty much well done and my friends burger was pretty much rare on the second half. The manager took $15 off the order but still. What. A. Shame.

It has been a while since we have been to Texas Roadhouse, but we were pleasantly surprised. Seated right away, server was great, food was prepared perfectly. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

We’ve gone several times in the past year, and each time our order has been incorrectly prepared; most often our steak order wellness is switched or wrong. There have also been times where we received well done when we ordered medium rare. I realize this will happen occasionally but it has happened every time we’ve gone the past 4 times. And we choose slower nights to go, so there isn’t a huge rush to overload the kitchen. Our server was nice but inattentive, he didn’t clear plates that we had stacked and set to the side (and we were in one of the small booths so they were still in the way) and we had to wait quite a while just to get water. It was nice that the manager stopped by (she actually cleared the plates) but she didn’t stay long enough so that we could tell her about our issues. We have had good meals in the past but we’re gonna take a break from this location for a while since it doesn’t seem worth it to spend this much money on food that is not prepared the way we order it.
